Driven by the industrial revolution,the informationization of China's manufacturing industry,especially the shipbuilding industry,which plays an important role in the manufacturing industry,has become an inevitable trend of development.In the face of the huge amount of information in ship building projects,the informationization management has become an indispensable important item.With the implementation of information technology in the shipbuilding industry,the continuous integration of industrialization and information technology has brought tremendous changes to the shipbuilding industry.The continuous improvement of the quality and efficiency of shipbuilding has a far-reaching impact on the development of shipbuilding enterprises.Welding operation management is an important link in the production process of shipyard and plays a key role in the quality of ship construction.In recent years,with the rapid development of the world's shipbuilding industry,higher requirements have been put forward for the quality of ship construction.In the process of ship construction,welding operation accounts for a large proportion.The quality of welding operation determines the quality of ship construction.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the monitoring of ship welding quality and improve the management level of ship welding quality.Based on the field investigation of shipyard,combined with the development needs of modern ship enterprises,and from the perspective of strengthening the management of ship welding operation,this paper puts forward a shipyard welding machine monitoring system based on multi-channel data collection and studies it in detail,aiming to improve the quality and management level of ship welding operation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper investigates the welding operation management of shipyard,analyzes the development of welding machine monitoring system at home and abroad,puts forward to adopt multi-channel data acquisition method to collect welding data of shipyard,studies the data acquisition scheme and circuit design of welding machine,analyzes the data acquisition principle,device selection,signal conditioning and communication mode selection,etc.(2)This paper summarizes the theoretical basis of welding dispatching,analyzes the information of welding engineering decomposition,welding task package,welding dispatching order and welding dispatching process,puts forward the management scheme of welding quantity and labor time and dispatching information based on welding monitoring system,and studies the dispatching and feedback process of welding task.(3)This paper summarizes the current problems of welding quality and management in shipyard,analyzes the requirements of welding machine monitoring system,studies the design technical route,system architecture,design principles of welding machine monitoring system based on multi-channel data collection,designs the functional modules of the system,and puts forward the overall scheme of welding machine monitoring system.(4)The data acquisition,server access and communication stability of the welding machine monitoring system are tested in the shipyard.The relevant test devices and methods are selected.The experimental test data are analyzed.The interface of each functional module of the welding machine monitoring system is displayed and the application effect is analyzed.
