As a kind of renewable and clean energy,solar energy has drawn more and more attention.With the deepening of related research and the constant progress of science and technology,the photovoltaic industry has been developing rapidly.Automatic stringing welding machine instead of the original battery manual welding processing become the core processing equipment of the photovoltaic enterprise.Research and development enterprise of stringing welding machine in order to win the competition,constantly seeking to service-oriented manufacturing enterprise model change on the basis of improving the performance of the equipment.In the meantime,in order to improve the production efficiency of PV modules,the PV companies used computer and information technology to conduct research on the production data and equipment status data of the stringing welding production line,timely discovered the loopholes in the production process,and helped the management staff of the stringing welding production line to make scientific decisions and improved production line overall production efficiency.This paper researched and developed information management system of photovoltaic cell automatic string welding line combined with actual needs of automatic stringing welding machine manufacturers and PV module manufacturers.The main contents of this article are as follows:Studying the operating principle and machining characteristics of automatic stringing welding machine.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the current situation of stringing welding line management and combined with the demand of stringing welding machine manufacturers,this paper finished demand analysis of the automatic stringing welding line information management system.Designing the overall plan of data acquisition.This paper researches the key technologies applied in the equipment data acquisition module,and designs the storage and conversion scheme of the production data and real-time status data of the stringing welding machine.This paper studies the principle and calculation method of comprehensive efficiency of equipment called OEE,then uses OEE tool to analyze the efficiency loss of single machine and whole line of stringing welding machine,and puts forward specific suggestions for improvement to each efficiency loss by combining production and management characteristics of string welding line.Finally established an efficiency evaluation system of string welding line equipment.This paper adopts multi-step mode to design fault identification system,designs mathematic model of fault detection diagnosis of welding machine respectively,studies theory and method of the key algorithms involved in model building,and experiments with each model to realize intelligent state monitoring of string welding machine.According to the requirement analysis of information management system,this paper designs the system overall structure,function module and database in detail,and realizes the system according to the design requirements.Finally,the demand of information management of the string welding line is realized.
