| The full-speed development of China’s urbanization and rapid economic growth have led to a sharp increase in urban carbon emissions.As a vehicle of most of the space of China,urban space has great potential of emission reduction in low-carbon construction.Research on emission reduction at the urban level is conducive to the implementation of China’s green and low-carbon actions.Resident living carbon emission is the second largest greenhouse gas emission sector just after the industrial carbon emission,as well as living space is the spatial carrier for residents’ daily activities,low-carbon planning of living spaces can effectively promote the development of urban low-carbon construction,while living space is an important part of production-living-ecologial space,and low-carbon research for living space is also propitious to the development and protection of national space.This paper,which established on the living space under the intension of territory space planning,studies the urban living space from the perspective of carbon efficiency.Through the case study of urban carbon emissions,urban carbon efficiency,low-carbon living space and low-carbon construction of practical urban living space,the paper summarizes the research content of urban living space planning,studies the calculation and analysis method of carbon emission efficiency,and arranges the lowcarbon planning strategy of urban living space.Taking Jintang County,Chengdu,Sichuan Province as an actual case for analysis and research,through methods like field investigation,inquiries and interviews,we learned about the basic situation of living space,social and economic characteristics,spatial pattern characteristics and development of low-carbon construction of Jintang County.Using the data obtained from the survey to calculate the carbon emission of living spaces in Jintang County from 2008 to 2017,and analysis the changes in carbon emission.On these basis,the static carbon efficiency and dynamic carbon efficiency of living spaces in Jintang County were measured and calculated,and then the research make further efforts to study the impact of various elements of living space on carbon efficiency.It is found that the influence degree of various factors on the low-carbon living space of Jintang County from high to low is in the order of living space structure,economic development level,ecological urban environment,public transport development,living energy consumption,residents’ living consumption,travel access construction and infrastructure construction.Finally,taking Jintang County as a research example,combining Jintang County’s living space status and residents’ living habits,the research determined the basic goals and principles of low-carbon living space planning under the carbon efficiency perspective,clarified the county-level living space planning process under the carbon efficiency perspective,build a county living space planning framework from the perspective of carbon efficiency and put forward that the two aspects should be guided by quantitative index control and qualitative planning strategy to realize energy saving and emission reduction in county life space.From the perspective of scale benefits of carbon efficiency,this paper raises the focus and priority development levels in the development of low-carbon planning of living space in Jintang County.Compared with residential space,priority should be given to low-carbon optimization of activity space.In terms of spatial planning,we should optimize the urban spatial structure,build low-carbon ecological cities,and vigorously promote the construction of public transport system.As to policy management,we should accelerate economic development and construction,optimize the use of energy in living space,and guide residents to low-carbon consumption.This paper,through low-carbon research on Jintang County,provides experience and reference for the construction of low-carbon living space in vast counties of China. |
