| Since 2016,Y company has actively arranged the construction assembly plant project to meet the market demand,which was officially put into use in 2019.However,the information management of the project still stays in the traditional construction management stage,and the advanced production mode and the backward management mode cannot be coordinated.The work efficiency of the enterprise is not high,the staff’s cultural level is not high,and the assembly building information management system is missing.The prefabricated building project must be strictly controlled according to the design,the management level is very high,and the communication must be smooth.Otherwise,after the completion of the production,the site installation will be out of place and inappropriate,resulting in repeated work and waste of resources,which may affect the overall construction period and safety quality.The traditional communication management mode can not meet the needs of the existing production mode.Now it is urgent to adopt the modern management mode instead of the old one.Facing the current situation and difficulties of management,it is necessary to carry out information-based transformation of the enterprise,introduce the information-based management system suitable for the characteristics of the project,and improve the management efficiency of the enterprise’s assembly construction product production project through the information-based system.In view of the problems in the process of information management of Y company’s assembly building production project,through consulting the relevant literature research at home and abroad,this paper combs the assembly building and project management information literature,and explores the theoretical and practical basis of Y company’s assembly building information management.Firstly,it introduces the characteristics and information management status of Y company’s assembly building,and finds out the unique problems of assembly building from different stages of production,for example,the information system has no location and boundary in the planning stage,the components are not universal in the deepening design stage,the scope of BIM system is limited,the quality and progress control in the production stage are poor,the components in the storage and transportation stage are not unified,the transportation is difficult,and the group is difficult.The fabric is not well knit.The main reasons are the low level of information system standardization and integration,the lack of emphasis in information system management and transformation scheme,the lag of information development due to traditional concepts and traditional organizational structure,andthe lack of information system executors.Thirdly,according to the problem-oriented and the characteristics of assembly building informatization,the scheme of informatization project construction is designed by stages.After the objectives,principles and modes of informatization system construction are determined in the planning stage,the Unis system suitable for assembly building is designed in the implementation stage.AHP is used to analyze the informatization requirements of each layer of the organization structure,and the information is determined The key points of system upgrading and transformation are obtained by hierarchical weight calculation method,and the implementation process of system upgrading and transformation is designed.Finally,it is proposed that the company should establish the organizational structure suitable for the information management of prefabricated buildings,adopt the positive salary incentive measures,establish the modular management measures,establish the consultation mechanism and introduce the supervision organization outside the company,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the information management scheme. |
