Research On Rural Pastoral Micro-city Design Based On Elderly Living And Recuperation

With the deepening of the aging of the population in China,the problems of the living environment of the elderly are becoming more and more serious.In cities,traffic safety and environmental quality problems have greatly affected the lives of the elderly.Although rural areas in China have good natural environment,they can not provide comfortable living environment for the elderly because of the lack of infrastructure,backward economy and poor medical level.In addition,due to the acceleration of urbanization process,the loss of rural labor force,land idle,construction waste,and then accelerated the outflow of rural labor force,the rural economy has fallen into a sluggish cycle.In order to solve the above problems,this paper puts forward the rural pastoral micro-city design based on the elderly living and recuperation,combines the superior natural conditions of the countryside to build a suitable scale,beautiful scenery,well-equipped elderly living and recuperation base,and provides the elderly living and recuperation industry to promote the development of rural industry,improve rural infrastructure construction,increase employment platform,and promote rural revitalization.Based on the theories of landscape ecology,sustainable development,tourism,rehabilitation landscape and horticultural therapy,this paper studies the rural micro-city design based on the elderly living and recuperation.The main research results are as follows:1.Through the questionnaire survey of the elderly,we can understand the space needs and pension needs of the elderly;through the survey of Village,we can understand that the rural areas as the elderly living and recreation base generally have the problems of incomplete supporting facilities for the elderly,less space for the elderly,poor medical conditions for the elderly;through the study of farms,we can understand that as a basic industrial unit in rural areas,farms generally have problems such as unreasonable industrial layout,non-prominent regional characteristics and obscure landscape characteristics.2.The ideal model of rural industrial unit based on elderly living and recuperation is put forward as "natural landscape + characteristic commodity agriculture pastoral + diversified self-sufficient agriculture garden + rural pastoral micro-city and industrial cell nucleus based on elderly living and recuperation";Rural pastoral micro-cities based on elderly living and recuperation can be divided into elderly recuperation areas,eco-tourism areas,agricultural production areas and service reception areas.Put forward the design principles of rural pastoral micro-city based on the elderly living and recreation: the principle of adapting measures to local conditions,the principle of economy,the principle of circulation and the principle of livability.It is believed that architecture should be designed and laid out according to the physical characteristics of the elderly;road traffic system should ensure the safety,convenience and ornamentation of the elderly;activity venues should be of various types;water landscape should be combined with healing plants to shape ornamental space;plants should play a certain role in recuperation for the elderly and local plants should be the main choice;auxiliary facilities should be for the elderly.Provide help and convenience.3.According to the theory and method of rural pastoral micro-city design based on the elderly living and recuperation,the rural micro-city design of Yangshandian Village in Shaodong County based on the elderly living and recuperation is completed.Rural pastoral micro-cities based on living and recreation of the elderly can not only provide a natural and beautiful environment for the elderly,but also promote the development of rural industry to achieve rural revitalization,which is of great significance to the elderly groups and villages.
