Research On The Optimization Of The Layout Of Rural Elderly Facilities In Jiutai District In The Context Of Context Of Rural Revitalization

During the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,China has officially become an ageing society.As the aging population in rural areas continues to grow,the issue of rural elderly care has become increasingly serious and a hot topic of social livelihood.At present,China is at an important stage of dealing with the ageing population,and the construction of rural elderly care facilities is an important aspect of ensuring rural elderly care services.However,the planning and design of these facilities lacks scientific and reasonable guidance.The 19 th and 20 th National Congresses of the Communist Party of China both put forward the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalisation strategy,and the Party attaches great importance to the "three rural issues".The construction of rural elderly care facilities is a powerful boost to the integrated development of urban and rural areas and the rural revitalisation strategy.It is also a humane measure to improve rural public services and the quality of life of rural elderly people.In this context,this study analyses the current status of rural elderly care facilities in Jiu Tai District,Changchun City,identifies existing problems,and extracts relevant factors affecting the design of rural elderly care facilities.By conducting an in-depth investigation of the current configuration of rural elderly care facilities in Jiu Tai District,this study aims to provide practical significance for the rational planning of existing rural elderly care facilities.This study takes the rural elderly care facilities in Jiu Tai District,Changchun City as the research object,and analyses the layout of the rural elderly care facilities in Longjia Town as an example.It comprehensively investigates and sorts out the distribution types and configuration standards of existing elderly care facilities.The results show that the number of rural elderly care facilities is small,the capacity and service capabilities are low,and there are significant differences in the distribution of facilities in different towns.Based on the comprehensive statistical data analysis of Jiu Tai District,Changchun City,the distribution of the elderly population in rural areas is uneven,and there are also significant differences in the perception,demand and dependency of suitable elderly,comforting elderly and elderly care facilities.This study uses field investigation and questionnaire survey,and applies GIS to study rural elderly care facilities in Jiu Tai County.Based on the investigation of elderly care facilities in the research area,the study clarifies the contents and objectives of rural elderly care facility planning from the perspective of rural elderly care system.Finally,it proposes an optimisation strategy for the planning of elderly care facilities in Jiu Tai County.The study optimizes the planning system of rural elderly care facilities in Jiu Tai District from four aspects: facility type system,layout standards,spatial layout optimization,and the establishment of a coordinated service linkage management mechanism,which provides guidance for planning and construction.By predicting the population of elderly people aged 60 and above in the future,and considering Jiu Tai District’s planning and expectations for the elderly care system in 2035,the study estimates the range of facility gaps in the research area within a certain period in the future,achieves a rural elderly care facility layout optimization,and proposes planning strategies.It is hoped that this study can contribute to the cause of rural elderly care.
