Research On Space Design Of Urban Aged Apartment Based On Communication Behavior

With the increasingly abundant social economy and the rapid development of old-age buildings,many new old-age facilities have sprung up.But the old-age facilities which only guarantee the living needs can not satisfy the old people’s desire for a happy life in their old age.With the acceleration of the aging population trend,the family pension pressure is becoming more and more serious.Besides the old-age concept and pension mode of urban elderly are gradually changing,the acceptance of institutional pension facilities are becoming higher and higher.As an important part of institutional pension building,apartments for the elderly are mostly affected by factors such as funds,land use restrictions and design concepts.So that it’s easy to ignore the psychological and physiological needs of the elderly,without considering the interaction behavior of them.Therefore,based on the current social background,starting from the characteristics of the interaction behavior of the elderly,focusing on the actual needs of the elderly,this paper puts forward appropriate and reasonable design methods for urban apartment building space for the elderly.Based on the above problems and the current development situation,this paper starts from two aspects of space function and space environment to deeply analyze the communication characteristics of urban elderly apartment building space.Firstly,the research background of urban apartment for the aged is analyzed,and the purpose and significance of the research on the architectural space of urban apartment for the aged based on communicative behavior are explained.In this context,the research trends at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized.Secondly,the research concept of the subject is analyzed and the research scope is defined.On this basis,through data collection,field research,induction and deduction,and summarized the research framework of the paper.After completing the above analysis,the communicative action of the elderly group and the characteristics of the urban apartment building space for the elderly are analyzed,and the current problems are summarized with the actual investigation.According to the actual problems,this paper puts forward the principle of diversity compatible with the differences of the elderly,the principle of hierarchical compliance with the needs of the elderly and the principle of stimulating communication among the elderly.On this basis,the core part is drawn,and the design methods of the space function and space environment of the urban elderly apartment building are put forward respectively.At the level of spatial function,through the above analysis of the object of study,combined with practical cases,this paper proposes to construct an old and open spatial layout,organize multi-functional groups and add dynamic and interesting spatial nodes;at the level of space environment,from the spatial interface,space atmosphere and physical environment as the starting point of research,the paper proposes the construction of flexible and infiltrating space interface,creating a space environment that is livable and comfortable,and the physical environment of controlling and comfortable.In order to provide architects with a more targeted design approach.Starting from exploring the space design method of urban old people’s apartment building,following the characteristics of old people’s communication behavior,this paper systematically puts forward the design principles and methods of the space function and environment of urban old people’s apartment building.The design points are analyzed layer by layer from the whole to the details,and the creative design is optimized step by step.It is expected to provide some reference for future urban apartment building space design for the elderly.
