Quantitative Evaluation Of The Efficiency Of The Open Space Of Urban Streets In Haikou City And Its Correlation With Vitality

The 2016 “ Guiding Opinions on Further Promoting the Redevelopment of Urban Low-Efficiency Land(Trial)” clearly states the scope of low-efficiency land: the second national land survey has determined that the layout of the construction land is scattered,extensively used,and used.Unreasonable and dilapidated urban stocks of construction land.Therefore,it is generally through the definition of low-efficiency land to determine the stock space.This requires that in the future urban development,we must step from the old model of "development is scale expansion" to the new model of "optimized development of stocks",pay attention to human needs and people’s livelihood facilities,and solve the problems of imbalanced and insufficient urban development.As part of urban open space,urban street open spaces not only have important transportation functions,but also play an irreplaceable role in enriching the daily lives of citizens.However,with the rapid development of urbanization,urban streets have gradually been replaced by utilitarianism.It has caused devastating disasters to the daily order of the citizens,cut off the traditional culture of a city,made the daily life of the citizens tedious,and the open spaces of urban streets that were full of humanity in the past have also lost their cordial daily life.In this paper,two relevant problems of the open space of urban streets in China are studied from the aspects of efficiency and vitality.Correlation analysis is carried out on their respective research results.Quantitative research results,and a clear theoretical explanation and data demonstration of the correlation between the two.
