In recent years,the implementation of Macao's gambling right liberalization policy has led to the rapid development of many large-scale infrastructure construction.After the completion of several macau casinos,the demand for large-scale infrastructure construction and urban construction has also increased gradually,among which,a large number of large-scale steel structure buildings have been rising.The good development of steel structure construction in Macao is due to its advantages such as high strength of materials,light weight,good anti-seismic performance,high degree of fabrication,short construction period and recyclability.Steel structure engineering is facing unprecedented opportunities in Macao.In Macao,the completed steel structures are divided into high-rise steel structures,long-span steel structures,space steel structures and light steel structures.Up to now,more than 13 large steel structures have been completed in Macao,representative of which are: macau egg,new lisboa hotel,galaxy resort city,melco cinema,Macao science museum,Venetian hotel,Paris hotel,etc.The lisboa,which will be completed in cotai city,macau,is the largest large-scale steel structure construction in Macao in recent years,and will become one of the landmark works of steel structure in macau after completion.With the continuous updating of architects' design of structure shape,users' requirements on building space standards,owners' requirements on cost return and construction period are constantly improving,it is believed that steel structure construction will have a larger and larger market share in Macao and a broader prospect.Taking the lisboa on cotai city of macau as an example,this paper discusses and studies the construction quality of large-scale steel structure projects in macau.The purpose of this paper is to study the construction quality control of large-scale steel structure engineering,so as to continuously improve the construction quality of steel structure engineering and ensure the quality control and engineering efficiency of the construction management process.In the process of carrying out the research,we adopted the methods of literature research and case study to carry out the research,and put forward some opinions on the construction quality control of steel structure.First article on the status quo of steel structure engineering construction quality,as well as the problems existing in the construction process is analyzed,by the human factors,mechanical factors,material factors,measurement,construction method,environmental factors and so on six classes classify the common causes of affecting the quality of steel structure engineering,analysis of various factors under the influence of the steel structure engineering in the construction of quality problems.Secondly,the paper puts forward some measures to solve the problem of steel structure engineering construction quality,so as to strengthen the effect of steel structure engineering quality control.In order to improve the integrity of steel structure engineering quality control system and further promote the technical improvement of steel structure engineering quality control,this paper puts forward the relevant solutions to different types of quality influencing factors.In this process,this paper takes the lisboa steel structure project in cotai city of macau as a case to study its engineering quality.In the aspects of engineering organization structure,construction plan,construction technology,construction quality control countermeasures,large crane operation,component welding quality control,supplier production quality control,etc.,more closely on the actual operating level of steel structure engineering construction quality control and construction personnel supervision mechanism research.By combining the theoretical research in the previous chapter with the research on the practical operation of the field construction,the risk of steel structure construction quality can be avoided and controlled more effectively,so as to ensure and improve the high quality of steel structure construction to the maximum extent.Steel structure construction engineering has become the mainstream form of current construction engineering,so the construction personnel need to improve the construction quality of its continuous research,in order to improve the current situation of steel structure construction,promote the steel structure engineering quality improvement,to ensure the improvement of quality control system.By Macao talent cultivation and support,so as to promote healthy development of steel structure in Macao,promote and popularize the steel structure design,production,installation,check and acceptance,such as work,steel structure enterprise for Hong Kong and Macao areas to provide more information about steel structure,the progress of the steel structure and steel structure in Hong Kong and Macao's development strategy.Improve the technical level of steel structure engineering in Macao,and do a good job in quality control and management.
