Project Risk Assessment Of Gannan Navel Orange Town Based On Comprehensive Weighted Matter Element Model

With the rapid development of society,China's economic development has entered a "new normal" and urbanization has reached a turning point.In order to promote the dual development of economy and urbanization,the country urgently needs to find a new "power engine".As a project that can not only promote the transformation and upgrading of China's regional economy,but also be an important choice for new urbanization,the characteristic town has gradually come into everyone's vision.However,the construction of characteristic towns in China is just in its infancy,and many theories need to be improved.Moreover,the characteristic town project is different from the traditional construction project,which has the characteristics of long construction period,great difficulty in construction,and large amount of investment required.These characteristics lead to more complex and changeable risks of the whole characteristic town project compared with the traditional project.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out scientific and effective risk assessment on characteristic towns.This thesis first analyzes the types and characteristics of characteristic towns,the development status at home and abroad,the concept of risk management,and the status quo of development at home and abroad.This thesis summarizes the related research of the two,and gives a theoretical explanation for the matter-element model to be used later in this thesis.Secondly,through the analysis and comparison of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures and cases,the author preliminarily sorted out an original list of risk indicators of characteristic town.After that,several experts were invited to evaluate the original list of risk indicators of characteristic towns and give their opinions.After combining the opinions of experts,the author revised the original list of risk indicators of characteristic towns several times,and finally got the risk indicator system of characteristic towns.In this paper,the matter-element analysis method is selected as the data processing method,and combined with the characteristic town risk indicator system,a characteristic town risk evaluation model based on the matter-element model is constructed.Then the author invited the experts to independently score the weight of each index,and finally obtained the weight of each index.Finally,taking the Gannan Navel Orange Town as an example,the risk assessment model of the characteristic town proposed in this thesis is verified.Based on the evaluation results of Gannan Navel Orange Town,the author puts forward some solutions from the government and enterprise levels.
