Intelligent distribution network system is the use of modern electronic technology,communication technology,computer and network technology,the power distribution network data online and offline data,distribution network data and user data,power grid structure and geographical graphics information integration,the realization of power distribution system under normal operation and accident monitoring,protection,control,power,and the intelligent power distribution management.Intelligent distribution network system power distribution automation system consists of master station,communication system and automatic monitoring terminal equipment,forming a complete information transmission and processing system,to achieve remote management of distribution network operation.For the intelligent distribution network system,the communication system among the three parts is the key and core to realize data transmission.The communication system accurately transmits the control command of the master station to numerous remote terminals and collects the data information of the operation status of remote devices to the control center.At present,Singapore,Paris and other cities have perfect smart distribution network grids,and the average power outage time of customers is controlled within a small range.However,the development of domestic smart distribution network is late and immature,lacking systematicness.This article talks about the intelligent distribution network with low piezoelectric volume measurement and control,has highly self-healing ability and high reliable power supply ability of power grid,focused on infrastructure,mainly a domestic town(hereinafter referred to as the object region)as the research object,research the basic situation of object area electric power grids,analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the current mainstream form of space truss structure in the province,clear planning and design requirements,feeder automation control technology and its action principle,intelligent electric room,etc.From the perspective of operation and maintenance,the paper points out the weak points of the grid,exposes the key problems that restrict the development of theregional grid to the international first-class level,and finally gives the future development trend of the intelligent distribution grid.This paper makes the high reliability of intelligent characteristics of power grid "five minutes" as the goal,in view of the main problems of regional power object,respectively from the network partition,basic wiring unreasonable type selection,network frame adjustment,automatic route selection,communications network construction,intelligent electric room overall structure is analyzed in many aspects,from the perspective of the whole set improvement scheme for grid object region and clear incremental equipment layout,production and power supply enterprises to provide feasible solutions.At present,the province has more areas of the grid for intelligent transformation,but generally limited to a small area of the self-healing grid or a few scattered small electricity room.The intelligent distribution network planning involved in this paper is an overall planning,covering the whole Songshanhu,which can provide directions for the new or intelligent transformation of the power grid in other areas.
