With the rapid development of the reform and opening-up economy,people's living standards have been gradually improved,and food concepts and consumption habits have also changed significantly,from the past "food and clothing" to the current "health" and "nutrition".Aquatic products have the characteristics of natural,healthy and green,and they are very popular among people.Consumer demand is increasing.From 2009 to 2018,the actual consumption demand of aquatic products maintained a steady growth trend,and the consumption continued to increase,with an annual growth rate of nearly 4%.The status of aquatic products in the field of food consumption has been continuously improving,has become an important part of national consumption demand.G Port Group is a municipal state-owned listed enterprise,which was restructured and established by G Port Authority in 2004.After years of vigorous growth,it has formed a comprehensive management system for the development of diversified businesses such as port handling,aquatic products,real estate and business travel.With the development of various businesses,G Group needs to further improve its profitability to meet shareholders' requirements on corporate performance.G Port Aquatic Group is the only state-owned aquatic product trade and circulation enterprise in Guangzhou,relying on the regional development strategy of Guangzhou International Shipping Center and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,efforts to build aquatic product exhibitions,aquatic product logistics,aquatic product processing,and ocean fishing four big plate,realize industrialization,strive to develop Guangzhou Aquatic Products into a well-known brand with prominent main industries,obvious industry advantages,high economic benefits and strong competitiveness.This research firstly describes the development history,status quo,and trends of the domestic and foreign aquaculture industries through a literature review method.Using theoretical knowledge of development strategies,the PEST model was used to analyze the overall environment of aquatic business development of G port group from the perspective of policy,law,economy,technology,social culture and other factors.Based on the current status of GPort Group's aquatic product development,the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze its internal advantages and weakness,external opportunities and challenges.Use analysis of variance to determine the influencing factors that have a significant role in the development of aquaculture operations.The linear regression model and the three-dimensional exponential smoothing method were used to predict the per capita aquatic product consumption and consumption expenditure trends in China in the coming years,and the analysis showed that G Port Group's aquatic products business has a solid market foundation and broad development prospects.On this basis,according to the thinking and strategic choice of development strategy,a strategic implementation plan and safeguard measures suitable for the development of G Port Group's aquatic products business were proposed.
