Under the background of the transformation and upgrading of Hebei Port Group enterprises,the problems and shortcomings of the compensation system of Railway transportation branch of Qinhuangdao port CO.,LTD are summarized by analyzing and studying the current salary management system established by Railway transportation branch of Qinhuangdao port CO.,LTD under the spring tide of implementing the policy of leaving post and so on.Through the effective operation of the new salary management system,it creates greater economic benefits for enterprises and conforms to the transformation and upgrading of state-owned enterprises level of development trends.First of all,this paper expounds the research purpose and significance of this paper,on the basis of which the situation of salary management at home and abroad is analyzed,and the relevant concepts of salary are defined,and the research theory on salary system and salary management is analyzed,which is used as the basis to perfect the optimization of salary system and to provide theoretical support for the improvement of salary management system.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the current salary management system of Railway transportation branch of Qinhuangdao port CO.,LTD,the satisfaction degree of the staff of the company is understood by questionnaire,based on which the problems are analyzed and summarized,and the design process and design scheme are put forward for the existing problems,and the salary body optimization system design is carried out based on the post evaluation.Then it puts forward the concrete measures to implement the compensation system optimization scheme of Railway transportation branch of Qinhuangdao port CO.,LTD,so that the optimized compensation system of Railway transportation branch of Qinhuangdao port CO.,LTD can play a more obvious effect.FiRailway transportation branch of Qinhuangdao port CO.,LTDnally,the author draws some conclusions from the previous discussion,and expounds that the innovation of this research is mainly in the guarantee measures of the optimal design of the salary system,adding the staff position review committee as the organization,establishing the standard,reasonable,objective and fair position review mechanism,and laying a solid foundation for the post analysis,post evaluation and salary system scheme formulation.It also hopes to bring some reference value to the optimization design of compensation system similar to large state-owned enterprises.
