The 21stcentury is a high-development period.Facing the social change with each passing day,modern enterprise can not ignore the scientific management.A reasonable compensation system can not only motivate employees,but also promote development of the enterprise to a large extent,and finally realize the strategic target of the enterprise.Therefore,it is essential to have a reasonable compensation system of modern enterprises.In this environment,Qinhuangdao external pay system has been using the past design.It can be seen that the optimal design of compensation system is of great significance for the sustainable development of Qinhuangdao out generation.In this context,the author optimized the compensation system of China Ocean Shipping Agency.The first part of the thesis is an introduction,focusing on the background and significance of the analysis,the analysis results at home and abroad,the content and methods of the research;the second part is about the definition and theoretical content,mainly expounding the concept of salary system design and the theory of salary;The third part mainly introduces the current status of the compensation system construction of Qinhuangdao's foreign companies,and adopts the questionnaire survey method to evaluate the problems and reasons of the evaluation of the current company's compensation system for all employees of Qinhuangdao,combined with the company's existing compensation system.From the aspects of salary structure,performance appraisal and incentive mechanism,the problems of this system are analyzed,and the causes of the problems are deeply analyzed.Then,using the relevant theories of the salary system,starting from the company's strategic development goals,according to the principle of salary system design,the post compensation system is used to optimize the company's salary system,improve the salary satisfaction of employees,and retain talents for the company.Strategic goals are escorted.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the company's compensation system,safeguard measures were proposed from the management concept,incentive system and assessment system.
