Research On The Suitable Ageing Reform Of Xiangxi Rural Residence Under The Model Of Home-based Care For The Aged

After entering the age of population aging,the proportion of China's elderly population in the total population is continuously rising,which has entered the middle and deep stage of the aging society.At present,China's elderly support ratio is about every 3.6 labor force,to support an elderly person over 60 years old.In addition,with the intensification of population urbanization mode,a large number of rural youth migrate to cities,resulting in an increasing number of empty nesters in many rural areas of China.However,the original living space does not fit the needs of local residents,which is suitable for aging transformation and presents the characteristics of regional diversification.?This paper takes rural stilted buildings in Xiangxi as the research object.On the basis of a large amount of data collection and research in the early stage,a large number of first-hand data were collected through field surveying and survey,and the relevant theories and research methods of architecture,statistics and typology were used to conduct an in-depth study on the pension problem in the research area.On the premise of fully combing and summarizing the architectural form of stilted buildings in Xiangxi and the investigation of the local pension situation in Xiangxi,this paper constructs the strategy of age-appropriate design and transformation from the two aspects of theoretical framework and design method.The specific research content of stilted buildings for the aged includes four aspects: spatial layout,functional zoning,indoor components and indoor facilities.The survey of the local pension situation in the rural areas of Xiangxi includes the questionnaire survey and analysis of the pension type,nursing mode,physiological and psychological characteristics and habits of life and rest.On the basis of this,the similarities and differences between the rural areas in Xiangxi and other areas are discussed.Therefore,in order to summarize a better solution to the above problems and research direction,this paper starts from the regional perspective and takes the stilted buildings for the aged residential space in rural areas of Xiangxi as the research object,so as to understand the current situation and characteristics of the residential space.And in-depth analysis of physiological and psychological characteristics of the rural elderly,understand its endowment life demand,according to the characteristics of the pension model,and then sums up the Xiangxi regional endowment demand and its adaptability problems,in constructing the optimal aging transformation of stilted buildings in Xiangxi space design theory and design method of form a complete Xiangxi rural residential renovation design optimal aging strategy.I hope I can enrich and improve the research in related fields to some extent..
