Railway transportation is an important part of national economic development and train operation safety is the most important part of railway transportation.In addition to the serious wear and tear caused by the off-load of the train,it may also lead to derailment and seriously affect the safety of the train.However,there are some defects in the current monitoring device,such as the mismatch of sleeper rail spacing which leads to the decline of detection accuracy,the difficulty in the installation and maintenance of the detection platform,and the limitation of train's speed in the monitoring process.However,the intelligent monitoring method is still blank,so it is necessary to study a real-time monitoring system.This paper focuses on the train off load monitoring system based on the on-board sensor,which can provide a remote,real-time and accurate monitoring means for the train off load monitoring.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis the factors of train's off-load and screen partial load index.First,the paper starts with several reasons that affect the off-load of the train(such as unreasonable cargo distribution,over speed in the curve,settlement of the one-side roadbed,crosswind,etc.).Through the detailed analysis of various factors,the data that the system needs to collect can be determined.(2)Research on monitoring method of off-load of train.Monitoring method: compare the methods of installation and performance characteristics of several sensors,focus on the applicable conditions and measurement accuracy to analyze and select the appropriate sensors to determine the hardware composition of the system.Data processing method: the data measured by the sensor needs to remove the outliers.In this paper,a group of data is used to remove the maximum and minimum values and then calculate the average value to avoid the influence of abnormal data on measurement results.(3)Design the monitoring scheme of train off-load.The system uses all kinds of sensors to measure effective data: two-dimensional electronic compass SEC225 measures the angle between the train and the horizontal plane,GPS measures the train's running speed and position information,temperature and humidity recorder TH20 RS records the temperature and humidity data in the train,wind speed sensor SM5386 B detects the environmental wind speed.Then the embedded industrial computer IBOX-601 PLUS collects the data and processes the original data.Then it packages and uploads the data to the monitoring center computer to realize the combination of sensor technology and wireless data transmission technology.(4)Realize the function of train off load monitoring and warning system and conduct experimental test.The hardware part is wired according to the communication mode selected by each instrument,and debugged by serial debugging assistant or common upper computer to ensure the connectivity of the hardware part.In the software part,the design of the monitoring interface and the realization of system functions are realized through Java language programming.In the process of determining the threshold,an adaptive algorithm is added to determine the threshold according to the specific location and environmental parameters of the train.In the process of program development,TCP/IP communication protocol is selected to realize the network communication function under C/S mode.SQL Server 2000 is selected to create the database,that is,the data of the track parameters of the train running line,so as to facilitate the data extraction and management.By testing the hardware and software of the system,the performance of all aspects of the system is also fully tested,and the real-time monitoring of the train can be realized.
