As an important part of compulsory education,special education is highly valued by the state,and China has been promoting education equity.As the proportion of children with intelligence training is the largest in number,the establishment of district level intelligence training schools with urban administrative areas as the unit not only ensures the promotion of special education as a whole,but also has better teaching effect locally,so the promotion and popularization of district level intelligence training schools is of great significance to the work of special education in China.At present,it is quite popular in the developed cities(such as Shanghai),but the development in the central and western regions is relatively backward.This paper clearly defines the concept of district level intellectual training school,and studies its internal function layout,spatial model and other related issues with provincial and municipal special education schools,so as to provide theoretical support for the development of district level intellectual training school,and provide reference for the designers in the industry.This paper analyzes the intelligence training schools in the advanced areas at home and abroad,and summarizes the main characteristics of the district level intelligence training schools.The research content mainly includes the research on the general layout mode,the composition of the functional areas,the combination mode of the functional areas and the classification index of the internal rooms in the functional areas.Among them,the research on the planning layout and spatial model of district level schools for the development of intelligence makes up for the blank of county level education for the development of intelligence in China’s special education,and puts forward the establishment of the grading model of district level schools for the development of intelligence,municipal level schools for the deaf and dumb,and provincial level schools for the blind,which is more in line with the number characteristics and development laws of special children,can concentrate resources to avoid waste,and the specialization subdivision of schools can promote the improvement of teaching quality 。In the part of planning and layout,the paper summarizes the components of district level intelligence training schools,and summarizes four common general layout patterns of district level intelligence training schools,including enclosed,semi enclosed,serial,primary and secondary.Then,it further studies the relationship and combination pattern among the four functional areas of teaching area,rehabilitation area,office area and living area in the district level intelligence training schools,and finally summarizes the district level intelligence training schools Principles of campus planning and layout of intellectual training school.In the part of space mode,through the analysis and research of comparison with relevant specifications,advanced case analysis at home and abroad,and actual research feedback,it is clear that the functional areas of district level mental education school contain the types of rooms,especially the most complex rehabilitation area;and it also makes a comparative analysis of the composition indicators of the important rooms in the four major divisions,and gives a reference design.In the most complex part of rehabilitation rooms in district level schools,there are many kinds of rehabilitation rooms with different functions,which are difficult to distinguish.This paper puts forward two classification principles according to rehabilitation function and use effect.In terms of rehabilitation function,the rehabilitation room can be divided into five categories: limb,psychology,sense organ,language and cognition.In terms of use effect,the rehabilitation room can be divided into general rehabilitation room and fine rehabilitation room.The combination of the two classification methods will make the most complex and applicable to the health of district level intelligence training schools,The types of reuse rooms are defined.
