Research On Cost Control Of Student Sports Stadium Construction Project Based On Earned Value Management

In recent years,the Chinese government has paid more and more attention to sports.In order to improve the physical quality of the people and promote the development of sports in our country,the "healthy China 2030 plan outline" has been promulgated,which has effectively promoted the school infrastructure construction.Schools all over the country have increased investment in the construction of student sports places and facilities,especially the construction of student gymnasium.But in the process of construction,schools often face the problem of cost control.This problem has also attracted the attention of the academic community,and has become an important content in the current construction project research field.From the actual situation,there are many factors that affect the construction cost of student gymnasium,including the lack of scientific cost planning,inaccurate cost control target positioning,unclear responsibility of cost control subjects,nonstandard management procedures,unreasonable control means,etc.,low cost control level,poor effect,resulting in high construction cost of student gymnasium,far exceeding the budget cost,no However,it affects the construction progress and quality of the gymnasium itself,as well as the normal development of teaching,scientific research and other activities of the school,which is not conducive to the long-term strategic development plan of the school.This paper takes the construction project of student gymnasium as the research object,and analyzes its cost control.In the research process,the earned value management method is used to demonstrate.In the research ideas,first of all,combingand summarizing the relevant theories of cost control of student sports venues construction project,forming the theoretical basis of this paper.At the same time,it introduces the earned value management method,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,and expounds the reasons why this research method is chosen in this paper.Secondly,it adheres to the thinking guidance of solving problems,combines the characteristics of the student gymnasium construction project,and constructs a earned value management mode,which is specially used for the cost control of this kind of project.On the one hand,taking the current construction project of student gymnasium in our country as the research object,this paper summarizes and analyzes the cost control situation,finds out the key factors affecting the construction cost,and finds out the existing problems and their root causes through the analysis.At the same time,according to the basic principles and methods of earned value management,combined with the actual needs of the school for cost control,the earned value management mode is constructed;thirdly,the empirical research method is adopted,taking the actual case as the research sample,the earned value management mode is constructed to test the effectiveness of cost control.The research sample selected in this paper is the construction project of CY middle school student activity hall.It grasps the key points in the process of cost control,builds earned value management model according to the cost data of budget and actual expenditure,tests the cost expenditure of the sample,and proves that the construction cost is effectively saved.Finally,it points out the shortcomings of this paper,and puts forward the improvement measures for the future research.The direction of research is prospected.
