The vast majority of modern library buildings use a central air-conditioning system and a large-area transparent glass curtain wall to maintain indoor comfort and natural lighting.This leads to increased energy consumption in the operation of library air-conditioning and huge energy-saving potential.In particular,it is of great practical significance to carry out library energy-saving research in the long and hot summer area in the south.In this study,the existing public libraries in Nanning City,which are hot in summer and warm in winter,are taken as the research objects.Through literature surveys and field surveys,many researches have been carried out on the layout of building functions,space forms,solar thermal insulation design,ventilation environment,and user behavior.There is still great potential for energy saving improvement.In this paper,in view of the existing building energy conservation problems,the building energy conservation technologies and methods suitable for the study area(Nanning City)are organized,and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.Finally,using the building energy management system(BEMS)theory,using energy-saving technology combined with energy-saving management,a set of library building energy-saving optimization methods suitable for the research area was constructed,and the proposed energy-saving transformation methodwas numerically simulated to Evaluate its effectiveness.The research results have universality and guidance for the energy saving optimization of public libraries in hot summer and warm winter regions,and also have reference value for energy saving optimization of public libraries in other cities under similar climatic conditions.The main research content of this article includes the following four aspects:(1)Based on the detailed analysis of the climate characteristics of Nanning,analyze and summarize the energy-saving technologies suitable for the library in the region,mainly including the energy-saving measures of building envelopes,energy efficiency adjustment of building equipment,energy-saving management methods and the application of renewable energy technologies etc.(2)Two types of large public libraries(urban public libraries and university libraries)built in Nanning were selected for energy-saving research.The research content included library function layout,space form,shading and heat insulation design,wind environment and human behavior.(3)Use energy consumption simulation software to simulate and analyze the current energy consumption of the library building of the surveyed object to find out the current energy conservation problems of the library.(4)By sorting out the basic data of the case investigation and the results of simulation analysis,from the perspective of energy-saving technology +management,the energy-saving methods applicable to library buildings in theregion are studied.Constructed a set of energy-saving optimization methods for library buildings in this area.At the same time,the effects of the proposed energy-saving transformation measures are analyzed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the energy-saving optimization of the library building of the research object under this method.
