With the modernization of construction mode,enterprises pay more attention to the safety risk management of the project,and the specific content involved has gradually become the core part of project management.At present,with the rapid development of China’s transportation industry,the demand for railway communication transformation is prominent,and the number of communication transformation projects is increasing day by day,which also puts forward higher requirements for the safety risk management of relevant projects.Risk management runs through the whole process of project construction.The implementation of safety management in the existing project construction will provide a strong guarantee for the smooth completion of the project.This paper analyzes in detail all kinds of safety risks in the railway communication reconstruction project,puts forward management countermeasures based on the relevant assessment results of safety risks,and builds a safety management system based on PDCA cycle,which has reference significance for the safety risk management in the communication reconstruction project.Specifically,this paper can be divided into the following parts: The first part summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and specifically explains the research objects and analysis methods.At the same time,this part also clarifies the basic theory,clarifies the relevant concepts,and systematically discusses the task flow of safety risk management,so as to provide reliable theoretical support for the follow-up research.The second part is the identification of security risks.Fish bone diagram and other methods are used to explain the risk factors in the process of railway communication transformation in detail.Based on the specific situation of M project,the influencing factors of safety risks are divided into personnel,environment and other aspects,and a more systematic study is carried out on the identification of relevant risks.The third part is the assessment of security risk.Based on the research of safety risk management,the safety risk in railway communication reconstruction project is evaluated by fuzzy evaluation and analytic hierarchy process.The fourth part,security risk response.According to the risk problems existing in the reconstruction of M railway communication project,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.In particular,this paper constructs a safety risk management system based on PDCA cycle in order to effectively control the probability of occurrence of risks and ensurethe smooth operation of construction.Finally,according to the analysis results of this paper,the safety risk management of M railway communication renovation project is summarized.This article through to M railway communication security risk exploration of the reconstruction project,come to a conclusion as follows: first of all,based on analysis of fishbone diagram,communication renovation project is influenced by many factors,and the risk of problems faced in this paper,it can be divided into five types,involving machinery,environment,personnel and organization management,etc.,and the relevant influence factors in the more meticulous division,to be further broken down into fifteen main factors;Secondly,the reconstruction project of M railway communication is evaluated by using the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation.According to the ranking results of safety risks,the risk probability of this reconstruction project is 0.622,which is a second-level risk,that is,it has a high probability of occurrence.Finally,according to the existing risk problems,in perfecting the management mechanism,strengthen the management of production personnel and other aspects of targeted measures.In addition,this paper also builds a safety management system based on PDCA cycle,which provides a guarantee for effective safety risk management of M railway communication transformation project.
