Research On The Spatial Vitality And Influencing Mechanism Of Harbin Old District Based On Multivariate Data

The traditional old city witnesses the development and changes of the city and is the carrier of the history and culture of city.With the development of China's urbanization process and the changes in people's lifestyles and needs,the traditional old city has been unable to adapt to the needs of modern society.In order to deal with this problem,the old city has been updated to varying degrees,but the existing means often causes the decline of vitality and problems,all those makes the development of old city facing enormous challenges.At the same time,with the development of science and technology,various new technologies and methods have emerged,applying data analysis to various researches on urban issues,bring the opportunity for us to rational solve urban problems,conduct basic research,and formulate planning strategies.This article taked the area of old districts in Harbin as the study object to study the evolvement mechanism and trend of vigorous spatial development Harbin,the characteristic of spatial dynamic and the relation between shape elements,based on existing research about the urban space morphology and the urban space dynamic.This article adopt the method of combining quantitative and qualitative to analysis urban spatial structure and the dynamic elements,based on multivariate data,and used the software including Arc GIS,Depthmap,Spss.Providing basis for the update of old city in the future,and the healthy,sustainable,organic development of dynamic space.This article studies the vitality of the old city from two aspects of city and block.Firstly,quantitatively analyzed the spatial structure of the old city from the city scale.Based on historical data,the dynamic spatial distribution of different historical stages is analyzed to summarized the evolution characteristics and driving mechanism of the dynamic space.Secondly,the intrinsic characteristics and influencing factors of spatial vitality were deeply discussed from the block scale,and the morphological elements include functional diversity,spatial accessibility and construction intensity.in the end summarized the formation mechanism and characteristics of spatial vitality and characteristics of space.The following conclusions can be drawn from the research.On the city scale,the dynamic space has gone through four stages of development in the evolution of the dynamic space,which is the spatial pattern of triple-core development,circular core development,multi-core distributed development and multi-core development.The evolution of dynamic space is greatly influenced by geographical conditions,historical policy factors and urban planning factors.In the study of block scale,the characteristics of flow of people in different types space are different.Among the influencing mechanisms,spatial accessibility and spatial construction intensity are the primary influencing factors affecting the spatial vitality intensity of the old city.Diversity is a necessary factor in ensuring the sustainability of the old city space.
