Due to the fierce competition in the industry,the survival pressure of small and medium-sized real estate companies is increasing.How to enhance the operating efficiency of enterprises through the improvement of internal management has become an important way for real estate companies to seek breakthroughs in recent years.With the continuous increase of business development,the problems exposed in the internal management mode and procedures of Jingdiyuan real estate company are also increasing,even affecting the implementation progress of the project.In order to effectively solve this problem and improve the work efficiency of the project management process of Jingdiyuan real estate company,this paper analyzes the current situation of the project management process of Jingdiyuan real estate company,and puts forward an effective scheme for the optimization of the project management process.In this paper,according to the idea of clarifying the optimization background,putting forward the optimization basis,finding out the optimization reasons,formulating the optimization scheme and measures,and implementing the optimization scheme,according to the actual situation of Jingdiyuan real estate company,the optimization of its project management process is studied in depth.Firstly,it defines the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of project management and process optimization of real estate company,including the concept,content,implementation and control of real estate project management,as well as the concept,principle and steps of process optimization;secondly,based on the understanding of the basic situation of Jingdiyuan real estate company,it aims at the current situation package of project management process of Jingdiyuan real estate company Including the analysis of organizational structure and process framework,this paper mainly points out the problems of project management process in the four different stages of project start-up stage,project design and bidding stage and project construction stage;then,according to the problems of project management process,starting from the four stages,it designs targeted solutions,including the definition of project type Put forward the time limit requirements for the implementation process of the project bidding,establish the contractor information database,etc.;finally,put forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization scheme from the four aspects of organization,system,human resources and information technology,andestimate the possible effect of the optimization scheme implemented under this guarantee system.This paper not only systematically expounds the disadvantages of unreasonable process management,but also analyzes the relevant functions of the optimized process,which can enhance the industry and relevant practitioners' awareness and attention to the project process management.At the same time,taking the project management process optimization of Jingdiyuan real estate company as an example,it analyzes and solves the existing problems of the original process one by one It can effectively help them solve the problems and loopholes in the project management process,improve the efficiency of project management,and finally achieve the purpose of promoting the company's operating efficiency.It can also provide a certain reference for other small and medium-sized Real Estate Company to build and optimize the project management process.
