| Today,with the rapid development of information technology,various information technologies with BIM technology as the core have been applied to architectural design,construction,and even architectural consulting,building operation and maintenance.With the maturity of technology and the improvement of implementation capabilities,the concept of intelligent construction has also emerged as the times require.With the continuous development of digital and information technology,the construction technology and management level of the construction industry has also improved.However,China’s construction technology and management level cannot match the international leading level,and there are still relatively few examples of intelligent construction projects.The main research content of this study is intelligent construction,taking the Olympic Sports Center project as the research object,using the literature research method to summarize the research status of intelligent construction theory at home and abroad,clarify the development process,concept connotation,and key technologies of intelligent construction.Based on the theory,the intelligent construction system of the project was analyzed and established,and expert survey method was used to screen system indicators,ultimately determining the intelligent organization The five first level indicators of intelligent design,intelligent construction,intelligent operation and maintenance,and intelligent construction digital information platform construction are further refined into 25 second level indicators.The AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the indicator weight of the project’s intelligent construction system.Secondly,taking the Lanzhou Olympic Sports Center project as a typical engineering example,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for evaluation and analysis,it is found that the intelligent construction level of the Lanzhou Olympic Sports Center project can be evaluated as Level B,reaching the good level;Finally,based on the comprehensive evaluation of the intelligent construction level of the Lanzhou Olympic Sports Center project,the shortcomings of the intelligent construction level of the project can be analyzed,and suggestions for improvement can be made in a timely manner,which has certain reference significance for other projects.Through the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the intelligent construction of the Lanzhou Olympic Sports Center project is evaluated.The results show that the combination of the two methods has certain feasibility and rationality in the evaluation of the intelligent construction level of the Olympic Sports Center project,which can provide reference for other similar cases.Smart construction can not only meet the construction needs,but also realize the correspondence between entities and information data,improve construction efficiency and quality,reduce construction,operation and maintenance costs,optimize the whole life cycle operation of the project,realize the collaborative work of all major stakeholders,and strive to maximize the interests of all parties.This article combines the current development of new technologies and the specific content of intelligent construction to provide new ideas for the application research of intelligent construction in engineering projects.Analyze the Olympic Sports Center project as a typical example and draw relevant conclusions to implement the theory and practice,increase the credibility of the promotion and development of intelligent construction,provide certain reference in physical engineering,and provide basis and support for the government to formulate relevant policies. |
