| The small and medium-sized municipal projects have large number and wide range of influence,their construction quality is not only related to the orderly development of local economy,but also directly related to the effective use of public resources and the happiness index of the people's life.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the theory and practice of construction quality management of small and medium-sized municipal engineering projects.In this thesis,the construction quality management process of the typical small and medium-sized municipal engineering project of the Yezhuang section road reconstruction project of Suqian City Software Park is taken as the research object.Based on 4M1 E method to analysis of the whole project construction quality management through the aspects of personnel factors,material factors,equipment factors,method factors and environmental factors.This thesis verifies the operability and practical significance of 4M1 E quality control method in engineering practice,The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)This thesis analyzes the main characteristics of construction quality management of municipal engineering.Firstly,analyze the connotation and characteristics of municipal construction quality management;Secondly,analyze the general status of municipal construction quality management;Finally,based on 4M1 E method to analysis the factors that affect municipal engineering quality.(2)This thesis analyzes the specific situation of project construction quality management of project of the Yezhuang section road reconstruction project of Suqian City Software Park.Firstly,analyze the quality planning of construction project;Secondly,introduce the project construction quality control and assurance measures;Finally,based on 4M1 E method to analyze problems in construction quality management form 5 aspects.(3)Propose the optimization of construction quality management based on 4M1 E method.Firstly,optimize the elements of personnel,this including two major aspects,the first is to optimize the staff of the project,and then improve the job responsibility system,so as to ensure that someone is available;Secondly,optimize the material elements,so as to ensure that materials are available and that materials are used efficiently;Thirdly,optimize the equipment factors,this including the investment and optimization plan of mechanical equipment,so as to make sure the machine is available;Fourthly,optimization of method factors,including trench backfill technology,summer construction quality technical measures and rainy season construction quality technical measures;Finally,optimize the environmental factors,this including preliminary construction preparation and targeted construction plan. |
