Since the reform and opening up in China,the construction industry has maintained a momentum of rapid development.In recent years,the construction industry has reached a new level of development,the general contracting model has developed rapidly,subcontracting has become more professional,and the number of subcontracting has also increased.There is an increasing need to establish a long-term with the partnership,the interdependence between general subcontracting is getting closer and closer,so scientifically selecting professional construction subcontractors is also crucial to the smooth completion of the project.Based on the above background,the thesis mainly has studied the selection of construction subcontractors for construction engineering,analyzes the background of the research,and provides a detailed overview of the relevant references of domestic and foreign subcontractor evaluation indicators and comprehensive evaluation models.After that,the relationship between general contracting and subcontracting and the theory of comprehensive evaluation mode were discussed.Based on this,the establishment of evaluation indicators,the definition of index weights and the selection of comprehensive evaluation modes were selected.The main problem is also the core of the analysis and research in this thesis.With regard to the establishment of evaluation indicators for professional construction subcontractors,the thesis uses the reference analysis method to count the evaluation indicators for the selection of professional construction subcontractors in the current references,and analyzes the construction capacity,financial level,experience and performance,and project management.The five major items of level and credit level are determined as the first-level indicators,and the relevant second-level indicators are also determined.After the indicators are determined,the online questionnaire survey is conducted through the questionnaire star software,and then the questionnaire data is tested and mathematically analyzed.At this point,the optimization and screening of the evaluation indicators are carried out.The thesis uses the entropy coefficient model to determine the weight of each index.Finally,the evaluation index reference system of professional construction subcontractors is clearly defined.According to the evaluation of the selection of professional construction subcontractors,combined with the current selection of professional construction subcontractors on the market,there is no subcontractor database or the existing subcontractor database is imperfect,the data information of subcontractors is not in place,and the amount of information available In this paper,the gray target decision in the gray comprehensive evaluation method is used to carry out a comprehensive evaluation.Afterwards,using a relevant example,combined with the already clear evaluation indicators and weight determination methods,a gray comprehensive evaluation selected by construction engineering professional subcontractors was launched,and specific demonstrations were carried out for the experimental model established in this thesis.
