Study On Subcontract Management Of Construction General Contract Project

At present,the growth rate of China's construction market has declined slightly,but its total amount is still huge.Subcontracting of works is inevitable and its scale is constantly expanding.However,as a whole,the management of subcontractors in our country is not standardized.For every general contracting company,it is especially important and urgent to strengthen the management of subcontractors.In this paper,the subcontractor management of G project is taken as the research object,and the main problems existing in Gsubcontractor management are summarized and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.The main contents and results of this paper are as follows:(I)The current situation and related theories of subcontractor management at home and abroad are systematically analyzed.(2)Summarized the main problems in subcontractor management of G project,including the subcontractor's poor technology and low management ability in the process of choosing subcontractor evaluation,which is not compatible with the actual needs of the project Problems as well as lack of awareness of legal system in process management,non-standard signing of subcontracts and poor construction quality of some subcontractors.(3)Put forward the improvement plans of subcontractor management of G project and construct the management system of subcontractor for G project.Mainly includes:Subcontractor selection and evaluation management,subcontractor process management,subcontracting project evaluation and acceptance,covering the subcontractor selection evaluation,progress,cost,quality,safety,engineering evaluation and acceptance etc.The research results of this paper can realize the process management of subcontractor management in G project and make it more systematic and comprehensive.This will help to strengthen the cooperation and communication with subcontractors so as to improve the efficiency of project implementation and save costs.
