Research On Communication Management Of EPC General Contracting Project

Communication management plays an important role in the process of project management.Effective communication management can promote the smooth progress of the project,and invalid communication management will hinder the project work.EPC project to participate in the unit,the construction of large-scale,long cycle,the project all the organization and management activities need to use communication management to carry out,and EPC project in the process of communication management will be subject to many different factors,these factors if improper handling will seriously affect the project management level is not conducive to the completion of the project objectives.Therefore,how to identify the key influencing factors of communication management in the process of project construction and how to improve the communication management level of the project is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the status of EPC project,this paper analyzes and evaluates the factors influencing the communication management of the project,and the concrete research work is as follows.(1)This paper starts from the problems existing in the communication management of EPC project,communication process and communication direction of EPC project,and divides these complex and influential factors into personnel influencing factors,Design influencing factors,information influencing factors and organizational structure influencing factors.Based on this,the paper establishes the comprehensive index system of influencing factors of EPC project communication,and provides the basis for communication management evaluation.(2)Combining the COWA operator weighting method and the gray theory to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of communication management,and then quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of communication,identify the key influencing factors,and lay the theoretical foundation for the analysis of influencing factors.(3)According to the evaluation results of the comprehensive evaluation model of communication management,EPC project on the most important factors affecting communication barriers to make appropriate countermeasures.(4)On the basis of the theoretical framework,this paper uses the comprehensive evaluation model of communication management to analyze the influencing factors of communication management in W hospital project,and puts forward the solution for the evaluation result.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation of the project model is carried out.
