With the acceleration of urbanization rate in China,the number of housing construction projects is increasing,and the demand of the people for good living conditions is also increasing.The quality of housing construction projects is directly related to the safety of people’s life and property and the demand for comfort.The quality of building construction engineering is the quality of building entity formed through the construction process,so the construction quality management is the core of the quality management of building construction engineering.It is particularly important to analyze the construction quality management system,optimize the construction quality management measures and strengthen the quality management in the construction stage.This thesis takes the residential project of project E as an example and studies the construction quality management of the project from the perspective of the general contractor.First of all,this article through the literature at home and abroad to the development and application of total quality management theory,and the evaluation of the engineering project construction quality management and practice to study and summary classification,and in the case project management system,management system and the status quo analysis description,proposed the project construction quality management problems that exist in the process.Secondly,according to the construction process of construction management of the time series of the construction process is divided into three stages,that is part of part of construction preparation stage,construction stage and the part of the construction completion stage,and then through the establishment of construction quality management system,phase analysis,the main factors affecting the construction quality management and summarized into influence factors analysis of statistics.Thirdly,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is used to analyze the influencing factors in each stage of construction quality management.Experts from famous large construction enterprises were invited to evaluate and score the influential factors of construction quality management,and the weight of the influence of quality management in each stage of construction was calculated by using Excel software to judge the key influencing factors.Finally,according to the construction preparation stage and the construction stage of the key factors,put forward specific improvement measures and Suggestions.So as to improve the construction quality management level of residential project E.
