Due to the rapid growth of the number of motor vehicles in China and the relatively lagging construction of parking facilities, the problem of "difficult parking" is becoming increasingly serious.Shared parking shares the right to use parking places during free time to people with parking places needs, and is considered an effective way to revitalize existing parking resources. The utilization rate of parking places in residential areas is not high, and has obvious tidal characteristics.Studying shared parking in residential areas will help alleviate urban parking problems. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the actual parking data of parking places based on different land types, and considering the current technical and policy environment, the feasibility of implementing shared parking in residential areas is explored.Considering the maximum acceptable value and importance of parking rates and walking distances for parking spaces by users who require shared parking spaces as user preferences, two parking places allocation models that consider user preferences are proposed.(2)In the delayed decision parking places allocation model of considering user preference, the shared parking platform processes the parking request that the start time of the request is at a certain time at a predetermined time point.Considering the discontinuity of the shared parking places time window, the shared parking places time window is virtualized.Introduce the concept of in-out intensity balance to quantify the impact of parking places allocation scheme on shared parking operation. The model pursues the global optimality of the system, taking into account operator income, user satisfaction, penalty fees for rejecting user requests, and the balance of in-out intensity.Considering the difference in the importance attached to parking rates and walking distances by different users in terms of user satisfaction.According to the characteristics of the model,a genetic algorithm is designed to solve large-scale problems. Finally,a calculation example is constructed to verify the validity of the model and analyze the characteristics of the parking places allocation model.(3)In the real-time feedback parking places allocation model of considering user preference, the shared parking platform processes user request one by one in real time according to the order in which the users submit requests. The parking places allocation model pursues the optimal user satisfaction. The process of parking places allocation is divided into two steps: parking area allocation and the allocation of parking places in the parking area.Parking area allocation is based on the goal of optimal user satisfaction.Considering the difference in the importance attached to parking rates and walking distances by different users in terms of user satisfaction. The allocation of parking places in the parking area is targeted at the maximum utilization of the remaining shared time.According to the characteristics of the model, the enumeration method is used to solve the problem. Finally,a calculation example is constructed to verify the validity of the model, and compared with the delayed decision parking places allocation model, the characteristics of the two models are analyzed.(4)Based on the delayed decision and real-time feedback parking places allocation model, two joint parking places allocation models are proposed, including the delayed decision priority and the parallel parking places allocation model.By constructing a calculation example, comparing the evaluation indexes of the parking places allocation schemes of the two models, the characteristics of the two models are analyzed.
