Research On The Reconstruction Of Changchun Water Purification Plant Based On Urban Regeneration

The old industrial construction project is a historical witness of the city’s economic development,industrial structure adjustment and the development of its related industries.In recent years,more and more old industrial buildings are facing the problem of how to manage,renew,transform and reuse.How to reappear the old industrial buildings in the state of remains is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the concept of urban regeneration,this paper takes the reconstruction project of Changchun water purification plant as the research object,on the basis of the analysis of Changchun City and the surrounding environment of the water purification plant,and in line with the principle of regeneration design that respects historical memory and regional culture,fully embodies the value of the old industrial buildings,studies and practices the construction reconstruction of the typical project of the old industrial zone Changchun water purification plant.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part analyzes the background of the topic from three aspects: urban development,old industrial buildings and Changchun water purification plant,expresses the purpose and significance of the research,expounds the main contents and research methods of the paper,and establishes the framework of the research.The second part is the basic theory and related case analysis.It introduces the related concepts involved in the study in detail,and provides the theoretical basis for the following chapters.Secondly,research and analysis are made on the reconstruction of old industrial buildings regenerated in different types of cities in other cities.The third part is about the investigation and analysis of Changchun water purification plant.Firstly,it describes the background of water purification plant,then through the analysis of natural conditions,social conditions and site conditions,it explores the driving factors of water purification plant transformation,and summarizes the existing constraints in the process of waterpurification plant transformation.The fourth part focuses on the reconstruction method and optimization design of Changchun water purification plant based on urban regeneration,puts forward the design principle and regeneration mode of Changchun water purification plant under urban regeneration,expounds the regeneration of single building and the regeneration of building interface of water purification plant respectively,and puts forward the design concept of the internal space of water purification plant,and finally carries out the reconstruction of old industrial buildings under urban regeneration The museum area in the water purification plant was optimized.
