The express/local operation mode in the suburban rail transit make the travel time of long-distance passengers effectively improved,but at the same time,its mode has higher requirements for station sidings configuration plan.At present,in the planning stage,the effect of station sidings configuration plan mostly depends on subjective experience,and it is difficult to achieve a high degree of matching between the station sidings setting plan and the actual operating conditions.Therefore,by combining planning with the operating organization,that is,considering the actual operational needs of express/local operation plan,it is very necessary to quantitatively optimize the station sidings configuration plan.In this paper,by the optimal model of overtaking lines configuration for express/local operation mode,the optimization of the overtaking lines for express/local operation mode in the suburban rail transit can be realized,and further improve the operational efficiency and service quality of express/local operation plan.The main work of this article is:(1)Analyze the effect of different overtaking line forms on the operation plan,and summarize the characteristics of each overtaking line forms.Combined with the specific process of express/local overtaking,study the specific conditions of overtaking,and determine the calculation method of the main parameters of train tracking interval,overtaking interval,lateral running time and so on.(2)Comprehensive consideration of passenger service level and operational efficiency,to achieve bi-objective optimization of total travel time and carrying capacity.Combining the characteristics of express/local operation mode,analysis of passenger behavior choices during the travel process,in order to accurately calculate the travel time of passengers.At the same time,based on the operation plan,the configuration of the overtaking line and the problem of the timetable formulation of express/local operation mode,a bi-level programming model was established for the optimization of the single overtaking line and multiple overtaking lines.For the complexity of the model,a hybrid heuristic algorithm with particle swarm optimization and iterative approximation algorithm is used.(3)Based on the actual line conditions and passenger demand,optimize the overtaking line configuration plan,and analyze the differences between two models.The results show that the problem of overtaking line configuration can effectively improve the operating efficiency of the express/local operation plan.The optimization effect of the multi-overtaking line model is particularly significant,which can reduce the travel time of passengers by more than 10% and improve the carrying capacity by 1-2 pairs / h.At the same time,it is considered that the skip-stop and overtaking positions are generally located at the station which has smaller passengers.The configuration of multiple overtaking lines can further improve the flexibility of the express/local operation plan and optimize idle time of local trains.In addition,rational planning of the number of non-stop stations,ratio of express and local train,and safety intervals can improve operating efficiency.
