| The rapid development of high-speed railways has transformed high-speed rail stations from simple external transportation hubs to urban comprehensive hubs that attract multiple industries. The coordinated development of high-speed rail stations and surrounding land can improve the accessibility of high-speed rail stations, promote the development of surrounding industries, and also facilitate the travel of passengers. It is of practical significance to evaluate the coordination between high-speed rail stations and surrounding land use.Known research mainly evaluates the relationship between the established high-speed railway station and the surrounding land use,and few studies on the planned high-speed railway station.Evaluate the relationship between the planned high-speed railway station and the surrounding land use, analyze the evaluation results and put forward suggestions for improvement,to a certain extent,it can avoid problems that may occur after the high-speed railway station is completed, and help to improve the rationality of the future land layout around the high-speed railway station To promote the long-term development of high-speed rail stations. This article studies the relationship between the planned high-speed rail station and the surrounding land use.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Combining domestic and foreign literature and data from major high-speed rail stations, the impact factors related to high-speed rail stations and land use were summarized separately, providing a basis for the selection of indicators.(2)Established a method of delineating the research scope of high-speed rail stations and surrounding land use through questionnaire surveys.Based on the influencing factors of high-speed rail station and surrounding land use,14 indexes including road network density and rail traffic sharing rate were selected, and an evaluation index system for the relationship between high-speed rail station and surrounding land use were established, and DEA model was adopted.Among them, the method of using GIS technology to calculate the evaluation indexes of rail transit sharing rate, rail transit coverage, bus accessibility, road network density, etc.is mainly studied;for the DEA model, the small number of decision-making units may cause the evaluation results to be not For this lack of accuracy,Principal Component Analysis(PCA)is used to reduce the dimensionality of the indicators, which reduces the number of indicators and brings the Principal Components Index after the dimensionality reduction into the model calculation, which improves the accuracy of the evaluation results.(3)Using the specific data of Xi’an East High-speed Railway Station and the results of the questionnaire survey of residents in Xi’an,the surrounding area of the high-speed railway station is divided into 8 areas.Evaluate the divided areas, and compare each area from the aspects of road traffic, road network shape, land use, etc.,combined with the spatial analysis function of GIS,explain the reasons for the uncoordinated development of some areas, and Issues in various regions have proposed targeted improvements.(4)Using Arcgis Engine as the development platform, the C# language was used to write code to develop the evaluation module, which realized the functions of data processing, mutual inspection of graphs and attributes, and spatial analysis.Using Matlab and C# mixed development technology, combining GIS-based visualization effects with Matlab’s accurate data calculation, the evaluation module can directly give evaluation results and generate evaluation thematic maps on the basis of integrating shape data and xlsx data.It is convenient for planners. |
