Research On Risk Management Of D Company M Power Station Project In The Philippines

As more and more Chinese enterprises go abroad to undertake overseas projects,especially in power energy and infrastructure construction,the proportion of annual revenue of Chinese enterprises overseas is increasing year by year.However,different countries,different regions in such aspects as politics,economy,culture and domestic engineering is a big difference,the advancement of project constraints,project cycle is relatively long,there are a lot of risk factors and complicated,therefore,to discuss the international project risk,build overseas power EPC general contracting project risk management system is necessary,overseas projects designed to improve company management level,ensure that overseas power EPC general contracting project smooth implementation.Based on the previous research results of scholars,and on the theoretical basis of project management and risk management,this thesis takes the risk management of overseas electric power EPC general contracting project as the research object,and selects the EPC general contracting project of masbat coal-fired power station in the Philippines as the case.At first,this paper summarizes characteristics of overseas power engineering contracting,secondly,from the perspective of the concept,method and content of risk management,and analysis of overseas power engineering EPC general contracting project risk management system,and indepth research,combined with the Philippines mas bart D company power station project in the aspect of risk management problems,analyze the project risk factors,identification,and discusses the corresponding countermeasures,mainly from the political risk,business risk,contract risk,management risk and other risks control.In this thesis,by using a variety of methods,combine the fuzzy analysis method and analytic hierarchy process,the tree's probability analysis theory is applied to the actual risk identification and the quantitative analysis of case evaluation,and develop the overseas power list of EPC general contracting project risk and countermeasures,in the end,the overseas power general contracting project risk management was put forward,in overseas market development work on the company and the company to realize the strategy of "going out" has played a good effect.
