Research On Unified Data Model Building Technology Of Light Weapons Development Process Based On MBD

With the development of CAD technology,it has become the consensus of people to complete the product development in the full three-dimensional environment.MBD(model-based definition)as a new era of digital product definition language,it makes integration of design and manufacture and paperless design based three-dimensional model possible.Combining with the application of basic scientific research projects in this paper,focusing on in the product development and design problems using MBD technology,carry out the research on unified data model building technology of light weapons development process based on MBD,the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The concept of unified data model is proposed based on MBD technology,.The content of the data model in each phase is analyzed combination with the main purpose of this study.The MBD data model system is constructed from the interior and exterior of the model.(2)A method about of constructing unified data source based on ontology is proposed.In this paper,the ontology method is used to manage the data of the three-dimensional model effectively,and the mapping of information in different design stages is studied,which lay the foundation in the collaborative design and information interaction between different departments.(3)Ontology representation method based on XML is used,and study feature ontology representation with XML.The feature ontology information is constructed with XML which enhances the computer readability of data information and lays the foundation for the realization of system function.(4)A method of constructing unified data model based on unified BOM from the outside of the model is proposed.In this paper,the construction technology of unified BOM is discussed in detail.Finally,taking the consistency maintenance of EBOM/PBOM as an example elaborating the consistency maintenance of BOM.(5))Based on the theoretical basis of this paper,the UG 3D design software is second developed by C ++ language,and "three-dimensional digital aided design" system is constructed,verifying the availability of system by the actual operation.
