At the beginning of the 21 st century,BIM technology continued to develop globally,and was successively used in engineering design,construction management and other links,and gradually showed results.Beginning in 2011,China has increased its policy support for BIM technology,and successively issued some notices and documents to encourage the promotion of BIM technology and standardize the use of BIM technology.As of the end of 2019,more than 1,500 projects have been managed using BIM technology in China,but the government quality supervision department still basically adopts the traditional quality supervision model,and only Chongqing is piloting a BIMbased quality supervision system.According to statistics,as of the end of 2019,there were more than 120,000 national quality supervision personnel,while the number of houses and municipal engineering projects under construction nationwide reached 192,500.It can be seen that the workload of each supervisor is very large,and the traditional supervision mode can not meet the requirements of the development of the times.This article studies how to use BIM technology to carry out engineering quality supervision,thereby improving work efficiency.Firstly,the background of this research is put forward,the purpose and significance of this research under the current situation are summarized,and the research status of BIM Technology at home and abroad is briefly discussed.Finally,the content and method of the research are determined,and the feasible research route is made.Secondly,it discusses the current situation of Engineering Quality Supervision in China.After asking questions,this paper introduces the demand factors of this research,and points out that it is urgent to build an information regulatory model based on BIM Technology.Then it discusses two main functions of BIM based engineering quality supervision system,one is assessment and evaluation,the other is supervision.It also analyzes the main modules of the two functional design,discusses how to design and build the supervision system,and discusses the working process and main working methods of the system in detail.Thirdly,through case simulation analysis,the feasibility of BIM technology-based assessment and evaluation and project quality supervision is verified.In view of the case,according to the work flow of this mode,it discusses in detail how to carry out supervision work in each stage and how to improve the efficiency of supervision work.Finally,the research results of this topic are summarized and five conclusions are drawn.At present,many people have doubts about how to apply BIM Technology to quality supervision.Government departments use BIM Technology for supervision.While improving work efficiency,the most important role is to promote the usage rate of BIM Technology in the industry and take a greater step towards paperless office and online office.In addition,the paper finally points out the shortcomings of this research and points out the next research direction.
