With the continuous advancement of the "Made in China 2025" process,industrial automation has become increasingly important in China's traditional manufacturing industry.As one of the common mechanical basic parts,bearing plays an important role in the manufacturing industry,and its processing level directly reflects the state's manufacturing level.As a kind of special bearing,motorcycle steering bearing has a large demand but the quality is uneven.At present,the level of processing automation of enterprises producing steering bearings is basically low,and the conversion of machine tools requires manual operation,resulting in high labor intensity and low efficiency.Based on the investigation and analysis of the above situation,a set of automatic alignment equipment is developed to solve the problem that loads and unloads bearing bowl.Firstly,after fully considering the current production situation of relevant enterprises,the production process of bead bowl is analyzed and the overall design scheme is determined.Secondly,based on the modular design idea,the automatic alignment equipment is divided into four modules: feeding unit,turnover detection unit,bead bowl alignment unit and palletizing unit.Then,the modules are integrated,and the three-dimensional model is established by Solidworks to check the interposition.Next,with the help of image processing module in matlab,image preprocessing,analysis and extraction of bead bowl contour,determination of positive and negative detection features of bead bowl image acquired by CCD camera are carried out,so that the algorithm of positive and negative detection of bead bowl is designed.Also,by using ANSYS Workbench platform,finite element analysis and strength check of key components of equipment are carried out.Finally,the hardware and software of the control system are designed based on the CMC5401 C motion control board,the man-machine interface is designed by using C# development platform,and the whole prototype is assembled and debugged.Through theoretical analysis and prototype experiment,it is verified that the automatic arrangement device of bead bowl s designed in this paper can achieve the function of automatic arrangement of bead bowl s stably and quickly,and the best feeding rate is found through experiments.In addition,the operation of the prototype is optimized by superposition,which further improves the efficiency of the prototype and meets the expected design requirements.To a certain extent,the equipment can replace the manual arrangement of bead bowl,and has a good application prospect.
