Research On The Design Of Characteristic Small Town System Service Under The Theory Of Dramatic Plot

With the development of the times,changes in the social environment and increasing consumption levels.Consumer's consumption and life center is shifted from material to spiritual,education,health,entertainment,cultural and information consumption.As a result,a transformation from "visible economy" to "intangible economy" has formed,and a service-oriented thinking model centered on user needs has gradually penetrated into various industries.The characteristic town is an innovative,coordinated,green,open,and shared functional platform for livability and business travel in the times.The traditional tourism service model cannot meet the diversified needs of its functional structure and consumers.However,the research on system service of characteristic towns is still immature,and there are still many deficiencies in solving this problem.This paper is based on service design,from the perspective of users,and conducts related research on service design of characteristic town systems based on the organic combination of service design related theories and drama plot theory.Taking users as research objects,in the four characteristic towns relying on natural resource advantages,historical humanities advantages,cost advantages and innovation advantages.According to the six-part structure of the drama plot,the needs and concerns of users are collected for different types of user preferences.It then analyzes the research content and establishes the design direction of the system services with different resource advantages in small towns.Using quantitative and qualitative research,Combining multidisciplinary knowledge and methods in behavior,psychology,etc.Explore the six-part drama plot,the service design process and the characteristics of the town,and the applicability of the service in the town system.Improve the service mode of characteristic town systems.Build a feature model of plot service in a characteristic town.Based on the different resource advantages of characteristic towns,corresponding design strategies are proposed.Guiding the design practice of Qingsha Town in Wei County with design strategies.And output the design scheme of the theme image design,contact order and contact experience design of Qingsha Town.Finally,the design scheme of Qingsha Town was evaluated and verified to optimize the design and improve the user's satisfaction with the system service of Qingsha Town in Wei County.The characteristic town system service research is centered on user needs,providing users with a good experience,creating consumer surprises and improving spiritual satisfaction.This article uses the theory of service design and drama plot to guide the research of system service in characteristic towns.Innovative thinking on the service mode of characteristic town systems.It also provides reference models and methods for design activities in related fields.
