In view of the deficiencies of the traditional ship energy efficiency information record-reporting method,remote monitoring of ship energy efficiency is carried out to realize intelligent record of ship energy efficiency;In view of the failure of the recorded data effectively to guide ship operation,the research on remote monitoring data is carried out,and proposed the management method of ship operation energy efficiency,which is of certain significance for ship energy conservation and emission reduction.Based on GPRS wireless communication technology,Beidou positioning technology,embedded technology and computer network technology,the remote monitoring system design of ship operation energy efficiency is completed from hardware and software level,providing automatic monitoring means for energy efficiency of inland ship operations.The data collected by the remote monitoring system is used to calculate and analyze EEOI(Energy Efficiency Operation Indicator)and RT-EEOI(Real Time Energy Efficiency Operation Inicator),and proposed a ship energy efficiency management method to achieve the classification of ship energy efficiency rating and improve ship energy efficiency management.The specific research contents are as follows:Based on the analysis of the existing evaluation Inicator of ship operation energy efficiency,selected EEOI as the evaluation Inicator of ship operation energy efficiency,and introduce RT-EEOI according to the real-time characteristics of remote monitoring system.According to the research objectives and the evaluation Inicator of ship operation energy efficiency,the requirements of ship operation energy efficiency monitoring system are determined.Based on the system requirements,the overall framework design is completed.On this basis,the shipboard energy efficiency monitor,ship-side data communication module and shore-based energy efficiency supervision platform are completed.The composition and working principle of the 3 parts are analyzed in detail.For the hardware requirements of the shipboard energy efficiency monitor and the shipshore data communication module,key device selection,minimum system circuit and peripheral circuit design.Based on the shipborne energy efficiency monitor and the shore-based energy efficiency supervision platform software requirements,design the next crew software to realize the signal acquisition and transmission function of the shipboard energy efficiency monitor;design the PC software to realize the real-time data display and storage of the shore-based energy efficiency supervision platform and user management.Set up the system function test platform to implement the power-on test,function test and stability test,and carried out the real ship verification of the ship operation test for a period of 31 days,the system was stable and reliable.Through analyzing and processing the data collected by the real ship,realized the energy efficiency management of the ship operation,and the collected data is calculated according to the ship energy efficiency evaluation Inicator.The calculation result is used to classify the energy efficiency rating of the ship operation,and by means of real-time optimization of ship operation to achive the ship's energy efficiency rating continues to increase.
