With the successive release of the new version of Beijing 's urban master plan and zoning plan,Beijing 's planning work requires orderly deconstruction of non-capital functions and requires the construction of a number of new cities in the outer suburbs based on the central urban area.The important areas of functional unraveling,the improvement of its urban image and the shaping of its style have also become the top priority of the development of urban construction work.The construction scale of the new city is relatively small on the whole.The important carrier of the urban style is the street space widely existing in the city.The street style is an important display window that reflects the construction level of the public space of the new city,the city's image and the characteristics of the style.In the development of the new city,due to the priority of urban construction and the inadequate management,there are many ills in the street space,and there are also practical problems of "one thousand streets".However,due to its special geographical location,distinctive landscape features,residents' increased awareness of urban life,and the increase in the number of foreign tourists,it is imperative to enhance the construction of street public space.At the same time,the construction of the street space in the new suburban suburbs of Beijing should not only focus on meeting the needs of the city itself,but also take into account that it bears part of the function of the capital and represents the image of the capital.As a comprehensive and effective guidance method,street design guidelines have been practiced in various cities at home and abroad to different degrees and achieved good results.It has gradually become the mainstream direction of street design at the city level and is recognized by everyone.The same design method can also be applied to the design of the street space in the new suburb of Beijing.In this paper,first of all,through the field investigation of the five new cities in the suburbs of Beijing,the streets in the city are divided into six categories according to the nature of the streets,and the street space units are summarized according to the spatial elements.basis.From the aspects of street characteristics,space composition,functional environment,etc.,make a detailed statement of the problems existing in the street space of Beijing's outer suburbs and analyze the causes of the problems.By analyzing and drawing on the excellent street design guide cases at home and abroad,we propose Beijing Outskirts The method of Xincheng street design guidelines.From the multiple perspectives of Xincheng street itself and comparison with Beijing's old city,the space design requirements of Xincheng street are analyzed,and then the research ideas for the construction of guidelines for the design of street space in the suburbs of Beijing's outer suburbs are proposed: the construction of the guideline system adheres to "macro-medium" The "view-micro-path-guarantee" thinking framework is based on general guidance on the macro level,and carries out overall control from the four major directions of street ecology,slow travel,history,and characteristics,and controls the overall style of Xincheng streets.From a meso perspective,according to the differences in the development trends of the six major types of streets,various directions for the construction of various types of street spaceare given to strive to create a street style of "each has its own merits".Microscopically,taking the various elements in the street space as the entry point,the four main elements of street interface,sidewalk,buffer zone,and street traffic are used as the basis of street design guidelines.According to the different characteristics of various streets,the above The four major spatial elements each have their own guidance.Finally,eight different types of street space unit guidelines were designed to implement concrete street space design and ensure policy and management guarantees to ensure the implementation and application of street design guidelines to the greatest extent possible.Then taking the Beijing Yanqing New City Street Design Guidelines as an example,the article proposes a guideline construction system,analyzes the operability of the street space guideline system,and also provides reference and reference designs for other similar new city street spaces.Mode and experience.
