With the rapid development of economy and the further promotion ofindustrialization,the demand for power is increasing,and the scale of power grid construction is also expanding.Thermal power plants have always been the main form of power generation in China,but the main form of power generation is coal-fired and other chemical fuels,which will emit a large number of polluting gases,thus causing serious environmental pollution,which does not meet the requirements of sustainable development.In order to constantly improve the power generation mode and improve the environmental improvement,it is necessary to develop a new generation mode.In this context,as an important form of power generation,biomass power generation mode has become an important way of new energy-saving and environmental protection power generation mode.The design of a new biomass power plant with reliable and reasonable structure is an important basis for the establishment of biomass power generation system.At present,biomass power plants are mainly small and medium sized power plants.At present,the main structural types of small and medium-sized biomass power plants are steel structure frame workshop,reinforced concrete structure frame workshop and steel-concrete composite structure frame workshop.Different powerhouse structures have different mechanical properties.The civil structure of small and medium-sized straw power plants is very important,but the problems in the development process are becoming more and more prominent.According to the structural type and stress analysis characteristics of the main power plant,this paper designs the structure of Pingyu Luan Power Plant,and explores and optimizes the structural design of small and medium-sized new energy power plants.Based on the construction of Pingyu Straw Power Plant,this paper studies the structural design of small and medium-sized straw power generation projects.On the basis of summarizing the experience of structural selection,structural design calculation and technical management of the main building of civil buildings,the structural design of straw power generation projects is studied,and some improvement measures are put forward.By making up for the deficiency of stabilityof single-span frame bent structure,measures are taken to improve the seismic structure,reduce the axial compression ratio of columns,and properly increase the reinforcement ratio of columns,thus greatly improving the seismic performance of the structure,the stiffness,ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the structure system.Strict design specifications,input evaluation system and strict design process management are adopted in the formulation of design and technical management standards to ensure the rationality and applicability of design results.This study can provide a reference for the structural design of current small and medium-sized power plants,on the other hand,it also provides a valuable reference for the future development of small and medium-sized new energy power plants.
