Research On The Improvement Of Payment Strategy Of Lanzhou "Hongshan Greenshade" Construction Project

Lanzhou "Hongshan Greenshade" construction project is an economically affordable housing project which is approved by Lanzhou government,this project is constructed by Lanzhou Construction Investment Infrastructure Construction Co.,Ltd.,a state-owned company.Because of the design faults of the payment strategy,the cost and progress management was out of control from the completion of project to the completion of the final audit.All these above are not only cause economic loss,but also affect the construction progress.To solve the problem,based on the basis of project management theory,this article focuses on the cost management and contract management theory.Under the premise of qualified project quality,the relationship between cost and progress is the main research direction,and the goal of research is to improve the payment strategy.First,focused on the current situation,makes an interview and investigation on the participants of Lanzhou "Hongshan Greenshade" construction project,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Second,after confirming the work to be improved,according to the time limit,capital investment and sequence of the rectification work,establish mathematical model between the cost and progress of this project,and develop an improved payment strategy based on the optimal solution.Third,further analyze the guarantee measures of the improvement plan,ensure the plan could achieve the expected results.The Implementation of improvement plan can not only solve the problem of project delay,but also solve the problem that the construction cost of the company can’t be recovered for a long time.In addition,through the research on the improvement of the project payment strategy,the experience of the payment plan can be extended to other enterprise,which will help other construction enterprises to further improve the contract management system,and improve the contract management level.
