The further development of economic globalization,and implementation of several major strategies,such as,“Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road”,“Xiong'an new area”,and“Economic Integration in Jing-Jin-Ji Area”,which not only provides more development space for the construction industry,but also puts forward higher requirements and standards for construction enterprises.Meanwhile,the implementation of the limited purchase and price policy of domestic housing,especially in the residential construction industry,further intensifies the competition in the construction industry.Changing management mode is an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises under such circumstances.As the most important part of project construction management,construction schedule management is a comprehensive index reflecting the actual situation of the project.The construction schedule management has become the most important part of the project construction management.It is the goal of every enterprise to complete the construction task on time with quality and quantity guaranteed,and it is also the important foundation for the survival and development of the enterprise.In recent years,enterprise A has caused great economic losses due to the lag of progress,enterprise A's housing project was chosen as the research object in the paper to carry out scientific planning and strict control on the progress management,which is of great practical significance to enterprise A.On the basis of combing the domestic and foreign research literature and relevant progress management theories,the progress management of DS project of enterprise A was studied in the paper from four aspects:Firstly,based on the analysis of the project overview of enterprise a and its DS project,the WBS method is used to decompose the work tasks of the project;Secondly,according to the KPI level 1progress target determined by the group company,combined with the actual situation of the project,guided by the progress management theory,experts are organized to investigate and estimate the completion time of each process on the basis of reasonable arrangement of project processes,.At the same time,PERT,CPM and probability estimation are used to estimate and analyze the expected time and probability of the completion of the project contract.According to the estimation and analysis results,the method and path of schedule optimization are proposed,so that the probability of the completion of the project on schedule after optimization can be increased to 94.5%;Thirdly,the earned value method is used to monitor the progress of the project in real time according to the determined and optimized construction schedule.Solving the key and difficult problems,and adjust and correct them accordingly.At last,effective progress plan guarantee measures were made from the aspects of organization,management,economy,technology,etc.to ensure the successful completion of DS project on schedule,which provides certain reference value for the progress control of other similar projects.
