In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for electric power is increasing day by day.In order to meet people's demand for electric power,the scale of the power grid is constantly expanded,a large number of basic equipment of the power system is added,and a large number of substations are built,but this also makes the complex characteristics of the power grid more and more obvious.Obviously,this also puts forward higher requirements and challenges for the safe operation of modern power grid.Substation is a key component of power grid,and also an important link between users and power grid,so that power can be safely and steadily transmitted to users plays a particularly critical role.So how to ensure the stable operation of the substation is a problem faced by the safety management of the substation.Only the safe and stable operation of the substation can ensure the safe power supply and the safe production of users.Therefore,in the operation and management of substations,it is particularly necessary to study the risks existing in the operation of substations,and to evaluate and prevent them.In this paper,110 KV substation operation risk as the research object,the main contents of the study are as follows.Firstly,this paper counts 109 blackouts in China,32 of which are caused by substation faults.The characteristics and rules of blackouts are analyzed,and the causes of blackouts are divided into four categories: natural disasters,power equipment faults,unbalanced supply and demand,and inadequate management.The fractal characteristics of substations are analyzed by R/S.It is concluded that the outage events in substations will continue to show an increasing trend,and that the outage events can not be completely eliminated at present.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen and improve the risk management of substations to prevent accidents.Secondly,from the perspective of reflecting substation faults or risks that may lead to(large area)blackouts,a substation safety risk assessment system is established from four aspects: human,equipment,management and environment.An evaluation model of substation operation risk is constructed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and cloud model,and the evaluation model is verified to be practical by taking 110 KV SG substation as an example.According to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to reduce the risk of high-level indicators.Finally,on this basis,emergency management of substation is studied in the aspects of emergency organization and responsibility,emergency plan system,emergency plan training and drilling,emergency disposal process and emergency disposal content.
