With the formation of global economic integration and the increasing market competition,it is very important for manufacturing industry to build the strongest cost system.In recent years,with the continuous development of new technology,new theory and new concept,the contribution of supply chain management to product cost has become more and more important.For China's automobile industry,after nearly 20 years of rapid growth,the competition among enterprises has become more and more intense with the market,and the market competition among automobile enterprises has changed from product strength and operation At the same time of the competition between marketing forces,more attention is paid to the management and control of the manufacturing cost in the production process of products.Most of the main engine factories carry out a series of cost reduction activities to improve the market competitiveness of products.With the continuous development of reform and opening up,domestic enterprises continue to develop and innovate their ideas on logistics and supply chain management,but the whole is still in the primary stage.How to manage and evaluate the supply chain objectively and comprehensively has attracted more and more attention of enterprises.At the same time,a stable and efficient supply chain system is an important part of the rapid development of enterprises.Therefore,the management and optimization of supply chain It has far-reaching practical significance.This paper takes G company,a leading domestic automobile manufacturer,as the research object.G company is an early automobile joint venture entering China,which has experienced the rapid development of China's automobile market for nearly 20 years.By 2018,G company's production and sales volume have reached 800000,accounting for about 3% of the passenger car market.With the increasing competition in China's automobile market,G company's product line has changed from a single brand to a single brand The model gradually increased to the current 4 brands and 16 models,and the production line gradually expanded from the original one to 4.In the process of development,G company encountered some problems in the field of in plant logistics,first of all,there was a situation of arrival of goods,second,the main production plan fluctuated frequently,the bullwhip effect of the supply chain was prominent,and finally,restricted by the early planning of the old factory,the capacity of the storage area of the factory corresponding to the new products was insufficient.For the problems G company's logistics team through efforts to optimize the problems to improve the management of the supply system.Through the analysis and Research on the logistics operation in G company,the fluctuation factors of main production plan and the optimization of warehouse,the logistics team of G company puts forward three measures to improve the levelization of picking up logistics,the linkage control system of production and marketing,and the optimization of warehouse layout.Through the implementation of three measures,the logistics team of G company improves the flexibility of logistics in G company and the supply chain system of G company Ability.
