With the continuous advancement of global integration,China's cooperation with countries along the "One Belt and One Road" has been deepening in recent years.Made in China,China's infrastructure construction and other fields continue to be transported outward.Wind power,subway,high-speed rail and other infrastructure projects are increasingly frequent.The demand for super-large and super-heavy machinery and equipment is gradually increasing,which not only promotes economic development,but also brings about large-scale products.The development of freight transport has also played a vital role in promoting.Large cargo,as its name implies,has the characteristics of large volume and heavy weight,such as high value,complex operation and difficult transportation.Once there are omissions in some key links,it will not only damage the cargo itself and cause greater economic losses,but also affect the construction process of large-scale projects.At present,China is still immature in the field of large cargo transportation.It has not performed well in the formulation of the overall plan,process management,and operational specifications of specific links.There is a big gap between China and developed countries.Enhancing the research on the overall transportation scheme of large cargo,especially the analysis and control of key links,ensuring the safety and timeliness of large cargo transportation,and improving the quality and efficiency of logistics are the key issues for decision makers of large cargo logistics.Firstly,the paper summarizes the development of large-scale logistics theory,the optimization scheme of key logistics links,the selection of algorithms and the development status at home and abroad by sorting out the literature in the related fields of large-scale logistics at home and abroad.Secondly,it combs the definition characteristics,classification and carrying equipment of large cargo,constructs the evaluation system of key links of large cargo logistics,and concludes four key links: multimodal transport,lifting,binding and fastening,and tractor checking.Then it designs the process,principles and objectives of transportation plan for key links of large-scale logistics.On this basis,a multi-modal transport model is constructed according to the characteristics of large-scale logistics network.After comparing with many classical heuristic algorithms,cross-entropy algorithm is used to solve the model by using MATLAB software.The common hoisting methods are summarized and the selection principles of comprehensive scoring system are given,and the specific hoisting operation process is formulated.The horizontal and vertical forces are decomposed by analyzing the principles of binding and fastening.Check the binding and fastening scheme,summarize the common large-scale logistics tractor,and analyze the rationality of the selection scheme of operation vehicle through the checking principle of tractor.Finally,through practical cases,the optimal multi-modal transport route and mode are designed for customization of large cargo transportation.The hoisting scheme is selected and the specific operation scheme is formulated.The pre-plan of tie-up and tractor configuration is put forward,and the validity of the scheme is verified by checking principle.In order to improve the safety of transportation,the emergency plan is formulated.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the logistics enterprises in formulating the logistics scheme of large cargo,which will be helpful to the development of large cargo logistics industry in China.
