The Design And Construction Technology Of Asphalt Concrete Pavement Are Used To Transform Desheng Middle Road In Shunde District

China's urban road construction has entered into agreat development period with the acceleration of urbanization in the 21 st century.Asphalt concrete pavement is widely used in urban road construction due to its remarkable advantages in its use of performance and environmental protection effect.At the same time,a considerable part of the existing urban pavement has been close to or exceeded the design life,various diseases such as surface abrasion aging,plate damage and fracture and joint damage appeared,resulting in poor driving comfort and high operating cost,which seriously affects the use of performance of urban road.In this way,the strength of the road surface can be improved,the service life of the road surface can be extended and the pavement disposal method can be improved.In this paper,the design,tests and construction technology of asphalt concrete pavement on old road surface are used to transform Desheng Middle Road in Shunde District,Foshan City.Firstly,through the investigation and technical test of the damaged condition,road flatness,road bending and sinking of the old pavement,the testing and evaluation of asphalt pavement was carried out.Secondly,the paper compares and analyzes the performance,service life and material characteristics of AC and SMA mixture,which are common in the current road renovation project,and determines that SMA mixture is a better asphalt overlay material.Thirdly,the optimum asphalt content of the asphalt mixture was determined by the design match ratio test and Marshall test results of the SMA mixture.The pavements performance of asphalt mixture was analyzed comprehensively by freeze-thaw cracking test,Marshall test,water seepage test and rutting test.Finally,a series of objective and effective testing methods are used to evaluate the practical application of asphalt surface construction.Through the research of asphalt surface construction design,indoor test and construction technology,this project proves that the asphalt surface construction technology has a good use effect and provides practical guidance for road maintenance in urban areas.
