Since the reform and opening up,China's manufacturing industry has experienced rapid development for 30 years,but the rapid development in the near future has led to serious overcapacity.Our country has proposed side supply reform.The rising cost of materials,labor costs,and tax costs have made China's manufacturing industry face serious challenges.It is precisely based on the current economic situation that product competitiveness has gradually declined,and China has proposed "Made in China 2025." The future manufacturing transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises will be carried out through upgrading and upgrading of production equipment and implementing lean production management to improve manufacturing capacity and management level.This paper is based on the application of Lean and Six Sigma theory.Based on the low production load conditions of C company,from the two aspects of overall production efficiency OPE and equipment comprehensive efficiency OEE,the Six Sigma DAMIC improvement method is adopted to optimize the production standardization operation and adjust the process.Optimize equipment management and maintenance and other lean improvements,improve production line balance rate,reduce personnel and equipment waste,reduce losses,improve production efficiency,thereby reducing operating costs and enhancing product market competitiveness.
