With the coming of the era of knowledge economy and economic globalization,the competition among enterprises is more and more serious,and the practice has proved that the core competitiveness of enterprises can be enhanced through effective performance management.Therefore,many enterprises want benefits from management,constantly strengthen internal management,especially performance management,and improve their competitiveness.Performance management is the focus of enterprise management system,many companies in the formulation and implementation of performance management system,due to many problems,did not achieve good results.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the performance management and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper selects CA company as the research object,following the ideas of problem finding,problem analysis and problem solving.Firstly,it summarizes the relevant research results of performance management at home and abroad,which provides a theoretical basis for the comprehensive and systematic study of CA company's performance management.Secondly,it uses the methods of questionnaire survey and interview to understand the current situation of CA company's performance management,find out its existing problems and formation The reasons are as follows: through five aspects of performance plan making,performance evaluation,performance supervision,performance feedback communication and performance result application,the paper puts forward solutions to the performance management problems of CA company,and puts forward relevant safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance management countermeasures of CA company.The purpose of this paper is to study the performance management of CA company,to make it better serve the management practice of CA company,to make a fair and objective evaluation of the performance of the company's staff,to effectively connect the performance management with the company's strategy,and to transform the company's strategic objectivesinto the daily work of the staff,so as to achieve the strategic objectives of CA company.
