The problem of social aging is a very hot topic in the development process of our country at present. As a big country that stepped into the aging society in 1999,the aging problem has become more and more prominent. At the same time, because of the influence of traditional culture, the people of our country attach great importance to the native culture and Confucian filial piety. Most people tend to care for the aged at home, and only a few people choose to leave their daily living environment to spend their old age in the nursing home.In such a background,community-based pension has gradually become a mainstream trend of the development of China's pension industry Potential,as the supplement of institutional pension and the assistance of home-based pension, the development of community pension facilities is of great significance to the promotion of China's pension industry. However, for the existing communities built in the last century, there are usually not enough basic pension facilities or existing facilities that can not effectively meet the needs of the elderly in the community,so how to change a large number of existing buildings in our community It is very meaningful to build facilities for the elderly to meet the national standards and the needs of the elderly. In recent years, there are a lot of researches on the reconstruction of old-age facilities in China, but most of them are from the macro perspective of the old-age model. There are few researches on the reconstruction space inside the old-age facilities. The core of this paper will be implemented in the design of each space inside the facilities.Through the field research on some community old-age facilities in Beijing,we can master the current situation of the use of the facilities, the composition of the functional space and the care of the elderly In order to understand the behavior characteristics of the elderly in various health states and the influence of the spatial combination of various facilities on the behavior of the elderly. On the basis of the relevant codes for the elderly buildings introduced in China, this paper discusses the space composition, organization streamline and design elements of each functional use space in the transformed community elderly care facilities,so as to provide design basis for the future reconstruction of existing buildings in the community to provide community elderly care facilities,so that the transformed space can meet the daily behavior needs of the elderly, and promote the community elderly care in China The development of the old business provides the foundation. In the first part of this paper,it discusses the background and significance of the research on community pension;in the second part,it summarizes the pension model of Shanghai and Beijing, and makes an in-depth investigation on some pension facilities in operation in Beijing at present, understands their operation status, functional composition, etc.,and makes a summary;in the third part,it studies the psychology and students of the elderly through theoretical learning The fourth part is based on the needs and behaviors of the elderly, combined with the actual existing building forms,to analyze and summarize the relationship between the elderly's behavior mode and space, through the way of questionnaire to understand the elderly's life profile and pension needs in depth, and to classify and research the existing buildings in the community,to summarize the corresponding transformation mode There are many ways to transform the space. The fifth chapter summarizes the above contents through the actual cases, and applies the conclusions, which can provide reference for the transformation of pension facilities.
