Liaoning Existing Residential Area Existing Building Reconstruction Community Service Center Design Research

China's population over 60 years old by 2015 is 222 million,accounting for 16.1%of the total population.It is estimated that in the next 20-30 years,the average annual growth will be 10 million.By 2050,China's elderly population will account for 33.6 of the total population.%,which means that there is one older person in every three people.In general,the burden of old-age care in Asia is getting heavier and heavier.The burden of support for the elderly in Asia is about to catch up with the European and American regions.By 2050,every four Asian working people need to raise an elderly person.According to the survey,there are 3.93 million elderly people with empty nests in Liaoning,accounting for 42.5%of the elderly population.In recent years,the lack of care for some empty nesters is the most vulnerable to fraud cases,and even the tragedy that was discovered only after the death of the elderly.Under the background of China's social transformation,the traditional "children's anti-aging" is gradually disintegrating.Although this is not a substitute for the support of children,it also provides more care and help for some empty nesters.This paper takes the existing building reconstruction community pension service center in Liaoning province as the research object.On the basis of data collection and field research,this paper analyzes the necessity of building community pension service center in Liaoning province and the feasibility of using existing building reconstruction in existing residential areas.Based on the feasibility of the existing buildings reconstruction,the existing problems of the existing buildings being transformed into community pension service centers are put forward,and the solutions to these problems are obtained.This paper first analyzes the location,surrounding site,building scale and structure of the existing buildings in the residential area,and determines the conditions for them to be converted into community pension service centers.Then the building types in the existing residential areas are determined,and the existing buildings that are most suitable for reconstruction are selected.Secondly,the design principles of the existing buildings and the types of functional modules of the community pension service center should be sorted out,and the internal streamlining organization of the community pension service center should be determined through the combination of these functional modules in the existing buildings.Finally,through the above analysis and summary,the reconstruction design method of the existing buildings transformed into community pension service centers is obtained,and the transformation design method is detailed from the aspects of transportation space,scale,structure,ventilation and heat preservation,as well as the transformation of each functional space and barrier-free reconstruction design..Through the exploration and practice of this paper,the author hopes to provide some reference and help for the future residential areas to renovate the old-age facilities.
